some of the senior staff General manager is extremely disrespectful and wouldn't listen to customers at time when you really want there help.the Gm he don't no how treat ( respect) to the customer they spoiled the entire vacation mood .we don't no gm and our friend wt they talk about discount in online shows 7042/- rs but We can't book online we booked offline they charged 8000/- when we try to talk with gm he came and straightly fight with me and he didn't listen my words wt we say and go back we sit there only no one respond ofter sometimes we only ask and book the room during the check in as well no facilities at the resort as well we wouldn't recommend this at all the facilities is too costly compared to location and facilities offered by hotel, also total land parcel is too small to call resort.tariff doesn't justify the property facilities,i wouldn't go the there again, which is not the best feeling for the price that we've paid

This place was so magical. It was well maintained. Lot of space for parking. Amole open area. Restaurant was amazing experience with delicious food and buffet. Staff all were very courteous. The GM was very pleasant in keeping a check on how our stay was. Overall a great experience. Rooms were very spacious neat and clean. Will come back for sure

Everything here were made with care and people who visit will be willing to visit again… even the staff here are very approachable for even a small thing. Food is awesome and hygiene is the priority and you’ll never regret that thing of staying here.

It was very good experience swimming pools were clean and good room service was good abd breakfast was excellent the best resort there service was good and they helped us when we were BB having difficulty Resort was very good the gym were having good machine and indoor games were also good

Excellent ambience..the food was very tasty as we expected..the room was also very neat nd spacious..the nature in the resort is very beautiful as a perfect place for nature lovers...... complimentary biscuits are very tasty.. please mention the buffet price before eating

One of the best resorts we had an amazing time we were 5 couples special mention for Mr Kv shekar he is the f&b manager he made sure everything was perfect our every requirement was well attended will definitely recommend every one and we will be back soon again.

The stay was wonderful,food awesome and service was also good.Location excellent. It's in the Kushalnagar town. Beside the main road. Usually resorts are located interior with difficulty in access but this one has easy access. Most of the tourist attractions are nearby.
