The Windflower Resort & Spa, Coorg

Around 20 couples/friends spent a weekend at Windflower Coorg. The positives- Good choice of food during all the meals. The choice of non veg and veg good. All made fresh and tasty. The service staff were excellent. The chefs at the live counter, the housekeeping, the service at the dining We had a gentleman take us for a nice nature walk explaining the different plants, trees, seasons etc. The Spa was fairly good too. Both Ayurvedic and Balanese were done well. The Negatives- Room and bathroom badly needs to be upgraded. The bed linen, taps in the bathroom and towels were poor quality. The pillows were hard too. Thank you- To Front officer supervisor Balaji who was there at work first thing in the morning nad stayed up till every one were back in the rooms. All the other service staff were good too

Excellent Property, with exceptional staff and tasty food quality. After seeing the negative reviews, I had second thoughts about visiting this Property. But, due to prompt action by Ms. Veena from their Chennai office, and assurance from the Property GM Mr. Sangeet Sundar, I visited the Property and stayed there for 3 nights. It was truly a very special and beautiful experience for our family to stay here. Full marks 👌 🙏

To begin with the property's approach road is in a very bad condition.1.5 kms of bumpy ride and we reach the property exhausted. The property is very old roughly 10 years and has NIL upkeep and maintenance. Rooms are spacious but not clean, half of door latches are either broken or not working.Numerous insects roaming around freely in the room.Bed is uncomfortable & makes a lot of noise. Water in swimming pool is really bitter and turbid. Basic requirement like Bathroom slippers are not available in the Resort OVERALL THIS RESORT DOES NOT DESERVE TO QUALIFY FOR A 5 STAR PROPERTY. DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THE BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS POSTED FOR THIS PROPERTY ON INTERNET AS IT IS DECEITING. NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY. Do not waste hard earney money in this pathetic place

The place, the hospitality, the food, the list goes on... Everything is top tier! An enjoyable experience amidst nature, where bird chirp is the only sound one will hear. Windflower is a must-visit if you are looking for a relaxing weekend and an escape from the hustle and crowd. Mr. Sangeet and his team of highly enthusiastic people do not leave any stone unturned to make their guests fell royal. The indoor games, swimming pool, and spa facilities come a close second to the breath-taking views.

It is very hot with no fans in the property a/c not working properly poor service and bad maitainence if you are Delhi wala go north. Rooms were dirty uf you think you will have a coffee experience no no coffee tasting no nothing. Only thing nice was coffee tour by the assistant manager

There are no words to describe how amazing our experience was all i can share is my experience on all the 4 days of my stay. When we initially enquired about the resort Mr. sangeet sundar just told us to come to the resort and everything will be taken care of. I was little skeptical because i was traveling ***** with my 6 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. As soon as i reached resort we were given an amazing room with a beautiful view of the resort. I was so overwhelmed to see such a beautiful resort and throughout has been a beautiful experience. Right from plantation walk by Mr.Kumar sir to the restaurant by Mr.Pradip sir chef everything was just perfect and timely executed even before we asking for any help it was ready right in front of our eyes. We experienced our second home here at windflower resort coorg. I am definitely visiting very soon and this trip would not have been possible if Mr. sangeet sir was not there. so we are extremely grateful to him for an amazing experience and it was him who made it wonderful.

Though it is mentioned as a 5 star property, there is nothing 5 star about it. We booked the premium suite. It was kept clean and the rooms were large but overall the property looked worn out and old maybe due to the climate and rain. The surroundings is lush and green and extremely gorgeous greenery with crickets and birds chirping throughout the day and night. The infinity pool surrounded by trees was good but the pool was not heated and the water was too chilly for children. Last stretch to reach the resort is a bumpy ride. The food was a let down, breakfast was alright but lunch and dinner was below average. One of the chicken dishes was stale. Service was average nothing over the top. Overall, I’d say just average.

Amazing hospitality, yummy food, beautiful place one can go with friends and family is WINDFLOWER, madikeri… had the best holiday. Looking forward to visit again.😊 Rooms are very well maintained, spacious bathrooms too.
