We had the worst dining experience at Regenta Central RS, Chennai, and I feel compelled to warn others. The service was shockingly poor—our first starter arrived after an hour, and the staff lacked even basic service etiquette. Although Brighton came in the middle and tried to cover up the damages. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely pathetic, and it resulted in severe food poisoning for my entire family, including my 2.5 year old kids. We have all been suffering ever since, and this level of negligence is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place if you value your health and a decent dining experience. Such a lack of hygiene and professionalism should not be tolerated. Regenta Central RS needs to take responsibility for their food quality and service before more people suffer. #FoodPoisoning #TerribleService #AvoidRegentaCentralRS #Unhygienic #WorstExperience

Excellent service, very clean, and the staff are highly supportive. You can receive assistance at any time. The premises are very secure and safe. I once forgot my gold ring in my room, and the staff kept it safely and returned it to me when I came back from an official visit

The rooms are old and not well maintained. Even after complaining about the mal functioning faucet, shower (scaling) and broken kettle nothing was done about it. Water bottles are not provided. They claim to be environmental friendly. But you get bottled water on chargeable basis. Beds are not comfortable. Only positive thing to say is breakfast menu which was good.

Traveling with young children can be challenging, but this hotel made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The housekeeping team was particularly wonderful, always ensuring our room was clean and tidy, even with the inevitable messes our kids made.

Staffs are kind. Special mention Reception : Arjun, Sri Hari, Melody, Rithika, Pradeep. Special mention Housekeeping: Shakthivel and Vinodhini. This is my 3rd stay in Regenta Hotel from Feb 2023 to June 2024. So now this has become my Second home; When my parents are in far away home Thank you so much Regenta RS Central OMR. I feel safe and comfortable always with your stay. All the best Food is awesome and quality of resturant is best as 5 star Hotel Crown plaza (Formerly Park Sheraton) in Alwarpet. Now this Regenta RS Central is 4star hotel is because of the size of the swimming pool I guess.
