Staffs are kind. Special mention Reception : Arjun, Sri Hari, Melody, Rithika, Pradeep. Special mention Housekeeping: Shakthivel and Vinodhini. This is my 3rd stay in Regenta Hotel from Feb 2023 to June 2024. So now this has become my Second home; When my parents are in far away home Thank you so much Regenta RS Central OMR. I feel safe and comfortable always with your stay. All the best Food is awesome and quality of resturant is best as 5 star Hotel Crown plaza (Formerly Park Sheraton) in Alwarpet. Now this Regenta RS Central is 4star hotel is because of the size of the swimming pool I guess.

Good staff in hotel room service people specially Venkatesh and Aakash are so good to help each time whenever we call them and immediately they act on it. Neatness and cleanliness I really find it in the micro level of the hotel. Love this place

Great service and helpful staff. Value for money with good location. Restaurant staff go an extra mile on days when you want something different to eat. Reception staff are always prompt with any request. I felt at home during my stay. Cheers

Good room service and super good , neat and clean experience throughout our entire stay. All services were neat and exhibited great hospitality. Food and dining was too good. Gym timings could be flexible like from 5.00 am onwards. Overall good experience.

It was a wonderful experience at regenta hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful . I had couple of beer with my wife at Eqionox bar. Snacks were also very tasty and I must talk about ambience. In addition they have setup multiple TV as IPL is going on which was a bonus point. Special thanks to bar Manager karthik who was very hospitable. Keep it up.
