Excellent & clean room very good location and very good breakfast spread

Four Points has a great Property but even a greater team. I was apprehensive at first as it is not a Premium property but the team did a great job !!! Property is a well established and has a lot of greenery with lots of trees and plants all through the property. we spent a good 3 night four days and this is very centrally laid if you want to travel across different places like, Pondicherry, Kanjeevaram etc. The team is great all the people - Front desk, F&B team under Mr. Narendra (Soumen, Nagaraj) amazingly helpful and very patient people - helped us through out the time be it on Lunch or Breakfast or even dinners. Few can even talk in Hindi that was very helpful as when you are from North of India and do not know the language a few talking and understanding your language can help. Mr. Devendra the guy who was responsible for games was great too. The cycles are in high demand but it is a great property to cycle and enjoy your time. They also have open air Badminton place, some place for Table tennis etc. You can easily spend a good 3-4 nights here. We even requested and got some games indoor like Carrom, Snake and Ladders and Ludo. In general the team and the Place is really amazing. Given this was a very busy long weekend they had planned movie nights and other events for all guests to enjoy and most of the time it was an open air movie for kids for all 3 nights. We had great Fun and my whole Family enjoyed a lot !!! All praises for property and the team managing it.

The stay was amazing. Rooms are neat and clean.. Special thanks to the House keeping superior Mr. Partheeban who made sure that we get a nice. He is friendly and courteous and his associates and front desk staffs as well. .. Thank you for the amazing experience.. 💗

The rooms are very clean and hygienic. Foods are nice, playing are also feel free to play with friends and room services also they do well and the reception also very friendly to communicate and quick response with them,overall the resort is nice

This was a 2 night stay over New Year in a 1 Bedroom Villa. This a resort and conference hotel and therefore accommodation is a walk/buggy ride away from main facilities. The hotel is located alongside a busy road that is under construction to become a dual carriageway – traffic noise only occasionally heard outside of the room Easy check-in – taken by buggy to room 616 – set in a unit of 4 – located on first floor - lounge - settee + chair with flatscreen tv with small balcony off it - other end table for 2 - unit with hot drinks and minibar - there is a bathroom with shower off this room - bedroom - large very comfy bed - side tables - desk and chair - separate dressing area with hanging and drawer space - compact bathroom - shower only heated by geyser - not very controllable - never had a hot shower - started scoldingly hot and quickly lost heat - wall mounted hair and body products Within the accommodation there were 2 air conditioning units plus ceiling fans - Wi-Fi ok but not secure - tiled floors - no pictures or other features to break up the monotony of the decoration - very functional - USB point by bed Stayed on breakfast and dinner basis – not great – largely buffet - Indian - food warm to lukewarm - puddings overly sweet - ice cream over chilled - not a great experience I probably made a wrong choice as the purpose of this hotel is in its name – its main purpose appears to be as a conference centre – and the rooms will only be used to sleep and shower in and not for a leisure stay – hence the rooms are functional rather than attractive – the staff were very helpful - but hotel doesn’t feel like Sheraton - too basic - thank you
