Loved the stay. Staff and service are excellent and reliably great. The location is right in the middle of the town in a main thorough fare, in close proximity to the Temples for those who visit on a pilgrimage to Kanchipuram. The access to the location though, as also visibility from the road leaves room for improvement. Food was delicious and great, and the free breakfast had an elaborate big spread. The courtesy of the staff who are always checking up on you and asking you how's your stay and dining experience deserves a special mention. All in all, a great facility to have in Kanchipuram that makes staying there comfortable and worry free.

The reception and restaurant staff are very helpful and attentive to customer requests. The rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous.

Overall hospitality was very good, start from check-in to check-out. Room service called, response time and very quick. Ordering food from the room. and went to restaurant at the ground floor, food was tasty and good. We tried both buffet and general menu food.

It was a great experience.. Finding the hotel through map was difficult, because it's showing way through one way road. For a first timer it was little confusing.. Otherwise everything was excellent

We needed to stay for the nights of Friday, Saturday & Sunday at Kancheepuram @GRT Regency, Kancheepuram provided us the much needed Home away from Home. A Temporary base camp to rejuvenate us with their fine all round Hospitality to ensure our high productivity in a time squeezed context. Their extremely well trained , courteous, polite & effective staff at the reception, F & B as well as house-keeping departments, all showed a customer-centric focus that was palpable. I am now a “G R T’ ian.
