The whole experience from my reservation to check out was very pleasant . I should specially Ms Chitra in the reservation , found her to be top- notch in her customer orientation ensuring guest is delighted of the experience . The bar snacks leave much to be desired the food is average I am a regular customer and I feel the quality of the food is going south and needs improvement the taste is average I am not staying here.hence cannot comment on the same. A good location and service personnel are good there is ample scope for improvement and doing better. The infrastructure is good and nice location

The staff are very friendly. They welcome visitors with a smile every time. However, the management of the facilities in the room needs improvement. It is a bit disappointing that there is a room where the water from the sink drains well. Other than that I am satisfied

Stay this hotel many times and always enjoying and relaxing during stay in this hotel. All hotel staff are very kind and always smiling. Especially restaurant team is very friendly and kindly, special thanks for Tesly san. I really come back to this hotel again.

Nice food with good service. Thanks to the restaurant team. Who took care of me well. Kudos team of F&B manager Antony. Food were excellent and had wide spread of buffet. Nice ambiance. Must try. Rates also affordable and has good variety of food to choose.

The experience was great, the service was extremely good. The waiter who served us, Sarathi was great communicating with us and made sure we had a great experience in the restaurant. The food was as great as the service which was very great and exceptional.
