I had mediocre expectations from the property, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were big and clean(per expectations from a government property). The service was better than expectation.

pros:- Rooms are big, huge parking space,toilets clean and location close to all Temples and attracion
cons/ suggestions
1. Room service for Morning coffee can be arranged, the restaurant opens only by 7.30 am.
2. News papers can be arranged in reception
3. In some rooms F8 in first floor , foul smell coming from Toilets, to be corrected

Spacious rooms, well ventilated and walkable distance to the Ekambaram temple and Kamakshi temple. Breakfast is included into the room rent dinner is available at additional charges

Spacious room, situated at city border, nice food. Staff attentiveness and cleanness can be improved. TV was not working, even after complaint it was not fixed.
