We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Nai-ya Place. The room was tidy, spacious and comfortable, the really good one was it has a balcony and freeze. The hotel also provided plenty of parking space for your vehicles.
Although it's quite a walking distance to tourist attraction, but surrounding has convenient store and food places.

Quiet, peaceful, not crowded. The staffs are polite.
But there is no tissue in the bathroom.
There is hair on the floor, like it was not swept.
At night, there was a strange sound like someone was knocking on the balcony.
