No hot water and kettle in the room, not convenient. And the counter staff is often absent.

RUN AWAY FROM HERE! 1. The hotel is located on a street where packs of dogs walk in the evening! 2. The hotel is dirty: there are cockroaches (huge ones) lying on the floor, it is scary to wash in the shower, suddenly you will catch something, the water does not drain, it floods the room; the bed linen is old, there are no blankets or sheets, only a blanket that is unlikely to be washed after each guest. 2. The furniture is all old! There is no soundproofing at all! There is no service! Run people, or better yet, do not come here! Only the view is beautiful in the morning, but it is not worth living here!!! The hotel is clearly not worth the money, maximum 300 baht, but for 900 in a superior room you expect more!

I made a huge mistake in rushing to reserve. Even though I had already driven to Kanchanaburi city. Should go see the actual place first. When I was about to check in, I couldn't take it at all. It was a raft next to the water's edge. But on the way down The smell of urine was very strong. 🥹 Feeling bad. In conclusion, my girlfriend took me to stay somewhere else. and cannot request a refund. Accommodation refused 🥹

Good parking
The walkway to the room is not good, the floor is decayed, not suitable for the elderly.
The room next to the water has a good atmosphere.
But the old room is not very clean.
