相當驚喜的酒店，在新幹線站前，交通很方便。頂流有大浴場，可以泡湯真的太適合一個人的旅行了。頂流的風景也很好。
房間就普通日本酒店的大小，沒啥可評價的

櫃檯接待人員態度親切，清潔人員、餐廳服務生笑容很好。可惜，拿到一雙長短不同的筷子，重新換了一隻，竟然還沾有蛋黃碎屑。

携帯電話の充電器自分が持って行ったのが、合わないものだったので、相談したら、すぐ出して頂き、とても助かりました。
また、急な雨で「貸し借り用の傘」をお願いしたものの、全て貸出中でした。
それでその場で購入し（どこにでもあるビニル傘だったので）区別がつきやすいように「テープを貼ってもらえますか？」とお願いした所、はがれやすい養生テープを出してくださり丁寧に貼って頂きました。とても感激しました。ありがとうございました。
