It was clean room, nice shared place.
There is a lively area nearby, but you can easily to slip, the hotel is quite. And it easely to go by walk to most famous places.
But I should mention, that stuff doesn't speak English. And be ready to go from the station 2 km or go by bus, what is uncomfortable with huge backpack or suitcase.

Dorm is like a mini private room, that's quite nice, good value for the price, near the castle and Gardens.

The hostel felt secure, the bed was comfy and the room with the beds in was a nice cool temperature. Each pod has a small safe and space underneath the bed for a suitcase/backpack. The bathrooms were always clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no ceiling to the pod so the room lighting & fire escape signs illuminate the pod. Bring an eye mask!

It was a weekday, so it was quiet, and the facility was cheap and clean.
I was very satisfied - this will definitely be my regular place to stay when I come to Kanazawa! My family was also happy that it was conveniently located in the city.

Facilities: modern, considerate of guests, with pots and bowls, microwave and hot water. Can solve all your dietary problems.

You need to take a bus from Kanazawa Station, but Kenrokuen and Kanazawa Castle are within walking distance, so the location is good. It is located in Katamachi, the most popular shopping area in Kanazawa, so there are no problems with eating and drinking.
The rooms have open ceilings and thin walls, so if you are a loud snorer, it's a shame to have to deal with it, but you can use the earplugs provided in the amenities.
If you just want to take a shower and sleep, it's good value for money.
