I’m not sure how but I booked two nights at this hotel in Kanazawa.
The first thing to point out is that the location is way outside the city center. It took forever on the bus.
We arrived at the hotel and there was nobody at the front desk. A guest opened the door using a code. Once inside I didn’t like what I saw. A big mess around some capsule type rooms near the reception. It didn’t feel inviting at all.
Obviously my mistake to book this hotel but somehow the information on their listing tricked me. There was trash in the parking lot, such as car seats. The reception was messy and unattended. The current guests staying at the capsules didn’t feel very safe.
We decided to leave for all these reasons.

家族5人で利用。子どもらの遊びがメインだったので、食事付きでなくても外食、持ち込みで充分満足。
タオルや調味料を忘れても、施設に用意されていて助かった。洗濯機、乾燥機まで用意されていて、家族宿泊には嬉しかった。
部屋が清潔ベッドがキレイ！
しかも、宿泊代金が安くおさえられたのが良かった！
また利用したいと思う
