It is considered a relatively cost-effective hotel on the Big Island.
The location is in Waikoloa, there is not much scenery nearby but it is a good choice for accommodation when going to the observatory. It takes less than an hour to drive to the observatory, which is closer than both Kona and Hilo.
The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet and close to nature. There is a KTA supermarket nearby where you can buy ingredients and food.
The ohna suite we stayed in has two floors, with two bedrooms upstairs and a small bedroom and three bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can do almost anything you want.
If you don’t have enough coffee, you can call and ask for it. It’s very convenient.
The swimming pool is small but not crowded. There is a hot spring pool.

It's clean and well organized. It's a resort type, so it feels a little different from a hotel, but I really liked the warm and friendly a**osphere. This is a place I want to stay again if I travel to the Waikoloa area. The reception was friendly, but it was a bit disappointing that there was a lack of detailed explanations about using the facilities. Still, I had a pleasant rest during my 3 days and 2 nights stay.

If you have a condominium for a long stay or a rental car, it is ideal for saving after a resort such as a family or Hilton. The pool is small, so don't expect much, but it's a 10-minute drive to Waikoloa Village, and it's easy to understand on a straight road. This time, other family members stayed at a resort in Waikoloa, and only I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after staying at Hilton Vacation for 3 nights. This was more convenient for me because it took more than 30 minutes from the Hilton room to the front desk and parking lot. A maisonette type on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building, the 1st floor is the living room, and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. It may be a little inconvenient that there is no toilet on the 1st floor. I was told that I should leave the key in my room because I had to check out early in the morning. Compared to other hotels, it is 40,000 yen for 2 nights, which is cheaper than other hotels.

Condo type property on a golf course with daily visits from the wild turkeys and the Nene geese. They won’t bother you and are sure fun to watch. The KTA store up the road is a full grocery store. You will need a car on the Big Island. This property will see us again! Staff is so nice and the condo is literally outfitted with everything a family of 8 could need! Mahalo

We stayed in G207 I would recommend a good “spring cleaning” things like washing light fixtures, scrubbing walls, and cleaning the edges and corners on the floor. I clean houses myself and those things really bug me when I go into places and see dust on the lights and dirt gathered in the corners. The living room furniture needed to be cleaned also. Lots of spots. Maybe these things most people wouldn’t notice but I sure did.

A good location if you want peace and quiet, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with kitchen washer and dryer. It’s home away from home. Would recommend this to anyone, go to the nearest beach the only beach that has no rock good for kids.

Well maintained property. Kitchen fully loaded. Excellent customer service.
Washer and dryer available as well inside the unit. Definitely recommend over regular hotels if you are planning to cook at home. You can easily spend around hundred dollar just for the Breakfast in Hawaii
