I was able to stay without any problems this time. Since I arrived in the morning, I had my luggage checked in, but it was very quick at check-in and the luggage had already been carried to my room.

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

Location location location. This business has gotten these 3 things right. And the hotel isn't bad either. You could've hoped for a lower price. Special mention spa & salon. Excellent massage. And thanks to the staff.

The view from the window is nice. There is plenty of hot water. The front desk staff are very friendly and have a homely feel. It's difficult to find the location when coming by taxi.

The people at the restaurant needs to be trained. it's a budget hotel. one should not keep high expectations. Especially the reception staff is not very responsive. Location is not great. Food is ok. But we need to ask every time for spoons, water etc. They serve nothing without asking. Today at 7am when we went to restaurant, the waiters were sleeping in the dining room. Further, the cook was singing very loudly. On the top of that, there was a constant noise of moving furniture from one place to another. It did stop after as no of complaints.

1. The receptionist were badly dress, un iron clothes, very shabby looking, not at all groom, the toilet doesn't have shampoo or handwash, only one small soap was given. The room was okay. The breakfast included was a punishment, limited option given, if we have bread and ****er we can't take anything else

It was good from the hotel’s side. The ac was not working properly so they changed our rooms and fixed the ac too. But the only problem was makemytrip not notifying them of our stay and also not notifying them about the bill already being paid. They were confused and i panicked. Make-my trip should do a better job. The hotel was nice and the staffs there were also nice. If only the hotel staff could do the room service properly, it would have been excellent.
