Every staff has a good behaviour,food and other drinking facilities is very good and well managed also a room is very neat and clean,big come with valconi is superb connected to natural view,Hope I will visit again this resort😊😊

Shower was not working, washbasin outlet pipe was leaking, only hot water came out in the bathtub. Food was good but a bit costly

The resort is amazing the resort is too beautiful they have kept the resort total nature friendly and the view was amazing. It gave a total luxury feel and food was amazing aswellthe workers were too nice and there are many things to do.

Mayfair spring valley is one of the most naturally beautiful properties in the north-east. The food and hospitality are top-notch and as usual the size of mayfair rooms can never disappoint one. However, please note that it’s a widespread property so be prepared to walk a little even though they get you cars in a jiffy but that takes out all the fun of staying there. Additionally my room had a water supply issue, which i am afraid is in quite a few rooms and they are trying to fix it. Since, during my stay almost all of the property was booked by a wedding group it was problematic to get services as an individual guest. But all in all a must stay property in monsoon or winters and ensure there is no wedding there.

Comfortable stay all staff is helpful l they provide everything what i need. Swimming pool is wonderful. Surrounding is very nice. Room is also comfort for a family.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Amenities like gym, pool table, swimming pool, spa, salon are available. Restaurant and food was superb. Staff were extremely courteous. All together very relaxing stay.

Beautiful place n ambience is good but services is bad n very slow. Too expensive food which is not worth paying cause the food is not really good
