When we reach the hotel the welcome was not at all breakfast the service was not good.But the property was neat and clean and beautiful.😊

The Location is very good, staff were all good n polite.
Air Conditioner was not working properly,had complained but not rectified properly, the room floor was very sticky.

My experience at Mayfair, sonapur is absolutely excellent. Property is located at very good location....sigh seeings are very good...Food service and taste was also 10 on 10...I had breakfast and dinner over there...it tasted delicious.Services are also very good...I am very much happy for my stay at Mayfair resort, sonapur. The resort is good for wedding only not for individuals like us, we went with our family, we booked 3 rooms for for 6 people. We were bit disappointed because we went to enjoy and we were distributed by the noise all around till late night more over the wedding people start their drum betting in the early hours of the morning to wake up us all. The good part of this resort is all staff were very helpful and well behaved, the food was very good. Buffet breakfast was also very good but you will feel you are in some market place during wedding. The wedding guests should be separated from the individual guests like us. Our humble request please advise the guest in advance if there is wedding is going on in this resort so they will not face the problem we faced.

It good location with less polution but the repairing work is going on down my room and the wellder people are careless we dont even get space to work be couse they kept the material on the walking way

It was a pleasant stay. However, for the new year party, ticket distribution process was bit messy, we were hoping for some live music performances. So on that part i have rated it overall 4.
