Staff Shu Yee was very friendly and promptly answer to our queries.
Your room is absolutely comfortable and clean. Mattress and pillow were comfortable.
Ample Parking Space.
Only one issue, since it is located adjacent to Kuala Besut Fish Complexs, unpleasent fishy smell during walks at hotel compound.

Its a very comfy hotel with a very quiet surroundings due to the hotel location is away from main road! Parking was provide on site and i will definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel serves its purpose as a stopover spot between Perhentian islands and the big land. Clean, comfortable with lovely staff. Breakfast is limited but once again, makes sense considering why it is there. The pricing is also aligned with the circumstances.
Good experience.
Boat transfers arrangement was flawless.

I stayed in this property for one night, during the transit to visit Perhentian island. I stayed in a single room, which was small but served my purpose well. Enjoyed the amenities such as gym, which is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was ample and tasty. I will visit again if there is a chance.

Excellent location as near to Kuala Besut Jetty and it will be a great deal if you need to spend a night here before heading to Perhentian the next day.

Love this hotel. New and clean with quality furnishings, towels and shower. Staff were friendly.
Value for money. Just a short distance to the kuala besut jetty. Will stay here again if I come back next time.
There was a supermarket a short drive away where i managed to get fresh and cheap fruits.

Nice new hotel. Located next to jetty to perhentian island. Transit to Marriott Perhentian island.
Room nice n clean.
Breakfast very good with limited choices. Coffee very good, self serve espresso machine.
