"We frequently stay at this hotel when visiting Kampot, but this time, the experience was a bit disappointing. The building shakes whenever a container truck passes by, which can be quite unsettling. Additionally, the service felt average—there was no welcome drink as we had received in the past. While the hotel still offers decent accommodation, the overall experience wasn’t as enjoyable as before. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future."

"I've been here many times, and it's definitely one of my top picks in Kampot province. The value for money is exceptional, breakfast is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. As a self-proclaimed clean freak, I can confidently say their beds and linens are spotless, so I never experienced any itchiness – their hygiene is excellent. The only minor downside was that I kept getting calls from other rooms, with guests mistakenly thinking my room was the front desk."

"Great, it was cool to have private pool, nice and friendly guy at thw reception! It is quite out of the town, not 1 km, more like 4, bit that's why you feel like out of the world peace. All in all great fpr a few days!"

"The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable.
Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space.
Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains.
Small pool on the ground floor.

The garden which includes a small pond is cute, there's a woden deck above the river which is great to chill and a decent swimming pool. Unfortunatelly, the bar/restaurant is currenrly closed"

MMarineHotel ideally located for an easy access to the city center of Kampot. The hotel is well designed despite the sizes of the rooms which are smaller than what you can usually get in Cambodia for this room rate.
The women running the hotel are lovely and really helpful.
They helped organizing a one day tour of the countryside to La Plantation and to Kep. The tuktuk driver that they recommended was really nice and interesting. He spoke good English.
They offered to cook the breakfast for takeaway as we had to leave early.
Will definitely come back.

LLydaVery quiet, comfy and clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The trees n its environment are another good side of this hotel. The downside would be the breakfast, which are small in number and no much to offer if you don't eat pork like myself, but totally understand their offer during weekdays. Still recommended for getaway and short holiday in kampot.

KKFY05CTDecided to splurge a little this time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was super smooth, he was already expecting our arrival. We were shown to our cool and prepared room. Very sweet of the hotel staff to make a welcome message from leaves and flowers and folded elephant towels ❤️
What I love most about this hotel is it's spacious bathroom and the shower came from the top, like water coming from the sky 🩵
Breakfast was decent, a good range of choices, though the ingredients used are not top and more on the saltier side. The juices are too sweet, the orange juice is something quite odd too. Nonetheless, it is complimentary, so it's a good start to the day.
Didn't use much facilities there except for refilling water, which is really nice too!
Check-out process is just as smooth too! If you have a little extra budget, treat yourselves a nice room, close to the city centre and approx 10 min walk to the promenade. Local markets are close by if there's where you'd like to go too!

GGendutRoom is simple and Clean. the service is good. There are lots of night bar and restaurants serving local food and beer. I’m on business trip and feels like I’m on holiday. If driving, be mindful of the traveling distance because the road is very bumpy

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful 5 day stay here! The hotel is in a good location with lots nearby. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and really looked after our family.
We stayed in a huge family connecting room with two ensuite bathrooms, lounge area and mini fridge.
Toiletries were provided including toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton buds and hairdryers in each bathroom. As well as towels (which smell divine!) there are also face flannels! The beds are very comfy with crisp sheets. The breakfast is of a high quality and freshly prepared. We highly recommend it for families staying in Kampot.

GGuest UserA fantastic location on the river with a great bar/restaurant, a variety of rooms and friendly staff. There is a choice of 2 pools to enjoy. Cocktails on the deck on the river is a must. A quick 5 minute tuk tuk drive gets you into town. The owner is helpful, chatty and very interesting. Louis and Lady are the cute hotel dogs. A great place for couples of families.
