A fantastic location on the river with a great bar/restaurant, a variety of rooms and friendly staff. There is a choice of 2 pools to enjoy. Cocktails on the deck on the river is a must. A quick 5 minute tuk tuk drive gets you into town. The owner is helpful, chatty and very interesting. Louis and Lady are the cute hotel dogs. A great place for couples of families.

? It's a residence in the location, but it's decorated like a small town! I was so satisfied! I left the room key and made it troublesome twice, but kindly helped me, and the unfortunate thing was breakfast and pool water!

Best location boutique in Kampot 😍 Just walk across the street, you guys can enjoy the best sunset along Kampot river. I really love the Green environment here. However, the rooms are a little small. Quiet zone during day time, yet there’s musical sound from neighboring pub at night. The pool is covered with big trees, I love it 😘

Very idyllic, not hot at night, no air conditioning in the house, there is a fan, it is very comfortable to sleep with a fan, next to the hotel is the Gomboo River, you can row your own boat, very comfortable, many European and American passengers live here. I had a satisfying vacation thanks to the facilities and friendly staff that were better than I expected. Although it was not large, I enjoyed swimming with my family in the private pool in the form of a pool villa. The resort was located next to the river, so the view was great, and the free activity of water bike was memorable, and the riverside bike ride was also an unforgettable experience.

This hotel was opened by a young guy and his English is great! People are also very patient. We chartered to Forest Park and Westport. They all helped him to contact him. I must give him a compliment! Let's talk about the hotel, this price has given me a surprise, our room is on the top floor, the room facilities are general, but very clean! I have set a total of two rooms, but the two rooms are not the same size, the one inside is very good, the other is generally the same. Because it is the top floor, there is a big terrace, and it is really beautiful to enjoy the sunrise and sunset here. The location of the hotel is not far from the river, and it takes about three or four minutes to walk. It is also very close to the Jackfruit Square, and it is almost five minutes to walk. It is very convenient. It is very quiet because it is not on the main road. My room is for breakfast. If you want to eat, you will pay $2.50 per person.

Best Hotel in Kampot Don’t stay in room 2 it’s under the bar and the bass beats start at 7am and go to the wee hours Food is good staff is friendly expats are over the top rude and I even heard a guy yell “the south will rise again” so ya, we know why he’s out here But you won’t find a more central location, cooler rooms (neat little balconies) or a better DVD collection, anywhere in South East Asia Happy hour rules here Don’t make a mistake and stay somewhere else

Not recommended. The bed was full of ants, and the hygiene was generally poor, and there were no blankets, so I put a thin sheet as a quilt. The towels on the bed were actually wet, too disgusting, and the faucet was bad. Worth the price. Neither the boss nor the staff smiled. This is the most expensive and worst place to stay. It is a good place, next to the old bridge, can see the river view, but on the street, it is noisy at night.

I have stayed here many times and its never disappointing. The staff here were very on things, the food was great and the ppol was as it always is well looked after. Only negative was there was some building work being done, but in fairness it has to be done at some time. I will stay here again as there really is no other hotel that can match the value. Keep in mind it was 20 percent more to book on trip than it was on *********** and they do take cards if that is your issue.
