The place was very nice, cozy and the service was very good. The place is all green, gives a natural vibes. The waiters were very kind and helpful. It’s very quiet, we had a lot of fun. They have very good pork and salad. Am definitely going back.

Despite having traveled to Uganda several times previously, I have only now discovered — perched atop one of Kampala’s emerald hills — the hidden gem of Latitude Zero Degrees Kampala. And I am so very pleased that I did!! The Latitude’s decor is visually resplendent with tastefully coordinated colors and a masterful blend of artwork and furnishings that represent a confluence of both African and Arabic influences. From the moment you walk into the main reception, the staff is warm, welcoming and exceptionally gracious, in such a way that can only be found in Uganda. Restaurant staff is equally gracious with several standout hosts being Ivan Kizza, Nasser, Robert, Steven Hillary, Robina, Marriet, and Joseph (of the Upside) among many others. For relaxation, I had a wonderful scrub, massage, and facial from the most kind Amanda. I reserved a two room suite and so enjoyed my time at Latitude that I extended my stay. I am a rather seasoned traveler who has been to many top notch hotels across several continents and when it comes to hospitality, decor, and true beauty of surroundings, there are few hotels on par with Latitude Zero Degrees Kampala. I look forward to my return.

A wonderful welcome awaited us on arrival. The gorgeous room and lovely pool setting make it a fab way to spend a weekend of relaxation, coupled with good food and first class customer service. Highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a touch of paradise outside of a busy city setting

Not a bad place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and self contained, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The food and drink portions seemed small for the prices. The menu was limited with a few items not available that were on the menu. Some of the breakfast area furniture needs to be updated with a few torn seat cushions. But all in all the staff were very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was very peace, serene and quite if that is what you are looking for. Location is great!

It is a very cute boutique hotel with great views. The facilities are cosy yet spacious as well as well maintained. You can relax in different areas including two swimming pools and three restaurants. The SPA and sauna is excellent and so is the food and coffee!

Service is top notch we enjoyed our Friends BIRTHDAY and breakfast buffet was very huge with lots of food not comparable and the ambience is beautiful and rewarding experience at this exquisite Latitude zero degrees hotel with courteous staff and all round facilities that I believe are unrivalled across Africa. This is a world class hotel in architecture, facilities, services, management and staff are so welcoming our server made us feel at home and very safe security of our belonging we didn't have any worry special thanks to Kizza lvan served us very well and to executive Chef Zoran who checked on us

Gym/ Spa bathrooms have no hot water. They depend on solar so imagine that dated thinking while a client freezes after a massage or gym in the cold weather. Because solar is only efficient in the hotter days. The floors in the gym all need renovation. Lack of enough machines for some work outs.
