One of the best and reasonable hotel in Kampala, spacious suite Hotel which is neat, clean and secure. Property is very well maintained. Ideal for long stays also as the Kirchen is well equipped Only suggestion is to have an Aircon in the living area Al's Breakfast is Ala Carte which is the best part as you get everything freshly made to you style and taste. Also the food quality is good and portion size for other meals are well priced and decent portion size for one. Order in advance as it takes some time for food to be ready Special shout to Mr. Neeraj and Norah for making my stay very comfortable

Excellent Apartment Hotels , good room size , friendly staff , Good Food. i stayed there for a Short stay and find everything upto the mark which you want in a Business Hotel. The Only Drawback is that they dont have Buffet as the rooms comes with the attached kitchen and you can cook your own food or you can order the same from there cafe.

Best Hotel to stay with friends and family. Rooms are spacious, Entire team is welcoming and always available for any work. This hotel has a Restaurant which serves indian Food also but the options are limited but if you are staying for a Longer period and inform them to change the food Options everyday they really do it very well as per my surprise. We will visit soon. Thank you for taking care of us.

Five night stay while I was speaking at a conference nearby. Delighted with the apartment. It was very spacious and beautifully appointed with comfortable sofas and chairs. Plenty of wardrobe space and multiple plugs. Best shower I have experienced anywhere – plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Wi-Fi was excellent. Two bottles of water were replenished each day. I would have liked the teabags to be replenished as well though. Good choice of food available at the restaurant. Everywhere was kept very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and at reception they knew my room number without being told. If I have another conference in the area, this is definitely where I will stay.

Stayed here between 10th April and 1st of May 2023 , got to say the stay was excellent the rooms were fantastic and spacious. All the staff from reception to cleaning staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Having a second floor room with balcony and city view was so good as there is always something to see, it was so good I did not want to leave

Mr.Tara Singh Sondh Excellent accommodation very clean and Large size rooms well furnished, balcony with a beautiful view of the Kampala. The General Manager Mr.Neeraj Singh was very friendly and helpful always supported with excellent service from the lovely staff. There was a nice restaurant and beautiful seating area Near the reception. The breakfast was delicious prepared by Ugandan chef

The rooms are spacious and clean , with a beautiful ambiance and a terrace with a lovely view of parts of the city.. loved every moment of it .. Will definitely stay here again. The staff are also very kind and friendly.

The apartments at Bukoto Heights are Bigger in size . I went with my family during the Christmas Eve , it was my first visit to this hotel . The staff is very nice and charming. The food is very good and to my surprise they have indian food made by our Ugandan chef and it was Yummy . I will highly recommend it .
