I chose this hotel for a business trip to Uganda. The hotel environment is very good, it is new, clean and comfortable. It's just that the service attitude of the black guy at the front desk on the night of check-in was really average, and the service in the lobby was average. On the contrary, the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic.

An amazing experience at the Mestil spa and was well taken care of by the manager Cathy. Had a truly wonderful facial done by Stella, she understood my skin and tailored the products that would best suit me. Will come again. Thanks Mestil.

I often travel to Uganda & I can confidently recommend mestil hotel & Residences to anyone planning to go to Uganda. According to me this is the best hotel in Uganda after trying many different hotels. I call it my second home because am there quite often for the past 5 years . Am prompted to write a review because there are things we over look but mean a lot to customers . My friend was who I usually travel with but for health reasons couldn’t come was forced to buy a $7500 Air ticket so she could come have another spa experience at mestil with a therapist called Stella at the spa. She loves this therapist and vows she is the best massage therapist she has ever had by far . I do love her massage as well but every staff is kind , loving & they make me fill at home overtime am there . Mestil well done

The place is cool, spacious, quiet, clean with friendly staff ready to give you an experience of a lifetime! Hard to believe you are in the middle of town, making it ideal for vacations, business trips, conferences, easily accessible too.
