The room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.

GGuest UserAfter a lot of searching online, I chose this Atagawa Ocean Resort, and it turned out to be a very correct choice. First, it is close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you open the window. The sound of the waves is rumbling, and you can hardly hear the sound when you close the window. The sound insulation is very good. Second, the room is spacious. Compared with ordinary hotels in Japan, it is very large. Sitting on the sofa and looking at the sea makes you feel very happy. Third, considering that it is difficult to go out for dinner in the surrounding area at night (in fact, there are some small restaurants within a four or five minute walk around), I chose a room with two breakfasts and two dinners, all of which are buffets, and there are many seafood. After running around outside for a day, I was really happy to taste delicious food. Fourth, there are outdoor swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot springs, all free to use. In short, in one sentence: super cost-effective!

LLEEHotel is about 15 to 20 mins walk from Kawazu train station, no worries as they provide free shuttle service to and fro hotel and Kawazu station, however do take note of timetable. Room was big and view was fantastic as facing the sea, breakfast was sumptuous too especially the miso soup and raddish and beef stew. We came here for Sakura but in view of cold snap blooming season was delayed this year, Kawazu town can be boring as most shop including restaurant closed after 5pm. We were also told that there is no taxi available after 5pm. Overall stay was great including onsen, will definitely book again if I am back in Kawazu.

GGuest UserWe had a delicious and fun time with the family. The private beach was also wonderful. If it was summer swimming season, the waves would be calm and it would be easy for children to play there. It was the last weekend of March during spring break, but the hotel was well thought out and didn't feel crowded, which was nice. The freshly fried tempura in the dining area and the fried bread for breakfast were very popular and delicious. However, the smell of oil permeated the yukata and hair I was wearing, so I felt like taking a bath and washing my hair again after the meal. I think it would be difficult, but if the ventilation environment was good, it would be perfect! That's how I felt.

BBilly55Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private ”onsen” in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast. The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night. The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying thing about this trip to Izu is this hot spring hotel! The hot spring pool is very clean and very comfortable to soak in. You can see the stars at night. In the morning, I went to soak in the open-air hot spring and could see the sea and the sunrise! That moment was so beautiful and happy~ It was so romantic 555. I strongly recommend it to those who want to relax in Izu~ It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak Japanese. There are several Chinese ladies at the front desk who are really super gentle! I especially like that they will recommend fun and delicious things nearby🤤 The food is also delicious~ The sea view is also great! ! There is a shuttle bus to Atagawa-kan as soon as you exit the station, so you don’t need to walk~ The service is good and the scenery is good~ I fell in love with Izu

BBingbingThe room is large and Japanese-style. The toiletries are Pola, which is not bad. There are six private hot springs where you can soak in the hot springs. It is very comfortable. The B&B is very close to the seaside. It is good to walk or take a walk in the morning. The bad thing is that the room has a wood smell when entering, and a small centipede got into our room at night, which made me afraid to sleep all night.

CCCaccaThis trip, the most satisfactory hotel, the room is large, facing the sea to watch the sunrise, complete supplies, hot spring water for bathing in the room, but it takes a while to get hot water, there is a public hot spring upstairs, and I went to the public hot spring to wash in the next few days, it is so convenient, the open-air hot spring on the top floor is used alternately by men and women, I experienced it at night and in the morning, it is more comfortable than indoors, the room environment is quiet, the sleep quality is good, the self-service beverage area on the second floor is not open 24 hours a day, the shuttle bus to and from Beichuan Station has a schedule, and there is a phone number in the picture below, you can call a car to pick you up when you come back at night, otherwise it will be more difficult to walk with the luggage, the front desk can speak English, there is also a handsome Chinese guy, not every day, it should be noted that the restaurants and supermarkets here close early and there are few, later we would buy some food on the way back every day, otherwise we would go hungry 😂 The internet celebrity's Heigen Rock Bath is free for guests staying in surrounding hotels, you must experience it, it is better to experience it yourself than to read other people's comments, it is really an unforgettable trip, I have been missing it these days since I came back

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful place. Quite as I wanted. My room was with lovely details and everything well prepared. Train station was 6 minutes walk and the beach just across the street also 2 minutes walk only. With approx 15 minutes walk you could be in the next bigger area with food shops restaurants and the nice river. I could book a private 50 minute outdoor onsen time and it was awesome. The stuff are absolutely friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and had no wishes. I would come back.

LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby. However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot. However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.

GGuest UserDescription was not correct in terms of facility in the room booked, which I was so unhappy that I expected to have Roten Buro (no roof outside bathtub on the balcony), however it was not, and kept asking trip.com to sort it out but never been sorted. It just made me wasted a lot of time for correspondences between trip.com and myself.
