Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.

Its a very old inn, so there's some visible wear and tear. View and environment is very good though and the staff try to help however they can.

服務：傳統的日式高級溫泉旅館，員工服務周全。不會日文也不會有問題。
溫泉：露天溫泉在旅館的最高樓層，十分舒適，而且温泉可以直望大海，在晚上可以看到滿天星空，早晨就可以看到日出，十分壯觀。
食物：懷石料理，味道十分美味，種類豐富。
房間：落地大玻璃，正面向大海，房間也很大。
交通：有使用到飯店的停車場，會代客泊車。(有飯房穿梭巴士可預約）

這是多年來日本温泉旅館最差的一次體驗。差到一定要寫點評讓大家不要上當。旅館老舊，居然還在用老到不行的熱水壺。老闆傲慢。日本check out時間都是11點，他們是10點。問老闆是，老闆居然説：這裡是日本，這就是正常時間。再來，一泊兩食。晚餐跟早餐都難吃到不行。伊豆土產是金目鯛，晚餐居然是金目鯛刺身，烤金目鯛魚，煮金目鯛，炸金目鯛，是金目雕特別便宜賣不出去嗎？做的好吃也就算了，重點是不好吃。所有員工都不在線，衹有餐廳一位中國小姐姐和越南服務員是客氣的。管理層傲慢無理。旅館老舊，食物噁心。我真的是一張照片都不想照。放兩張都是金目雕的照片。

酒店特別漂亮，温泉也不錯。安靜，很有度假的感覺。
房間落地玻璃窗後面看海視角很好。攜程寫的晚上入住時間是21點，其實他們晚上18點最晚入住，還好攜程客服幫忙聯繫酒店客服，態度很好。酒店前台大爺雖然衹會日語和簡單英語，溝通態度很好。
第二天還有巴士送去地鐵站。不然就要自己走去地鐵站哦，當然自己走也可以的，就是在海濱小鎮多走走路了，二十分鐘左右吧，一路拍拍照也行的。很適合度假。

飯店室內環境很乾淨，香氛撲鼻，加上入酒店前需要存放鞋在鞋櫃，整間酒店都是赤腳在他他米上行走，真是別一番風味。頂樓露天溫泉更是一絕，面向大海浸溫泉真是極致。房間內環境也很好，可看看我上傳的照片。
石花海令我享受了一個愉快的週末。
唯一小心一點，酒店旁邊是一個海濱公園，房內或頂樓浸溫泉時，不要過份站在欄杆邊，很容易走光，被街上行人看見你身體😅😅😅

不知道為什麼會有人生早餐的説法，真的品種口味非常一般，沒有紗窗，這個季節開一會會窗户全是蚊子開會，無法睡覺，温泉水第二天完全不可泡，是好煮雞蛋了
