一休の高評価宿を回るのが趣味ですが、こちらの宿は最低です。高級旅館と名乗る資格がない。価格に見合うものが何一つなく、女将もサービスも最低。googleの口コミ点数は高いように見えても、実際は、低い点数の方が遥かに多くの賛同を得られています。納得の結果です。 かみのやま温泉には高級温泉旅館があまりないので、山形新幹線の一つ隣駅の赤湯温泉がお勧めかもしれません。特に瀧波は全てが最高でした。蔵王の竹泉荘もよいと思います。 本人日本在住30年。兴趣爱好是周游全国的高级旅馆或者宾馆。像京都的俵屋，柊屋，京都和东京的Aman，The Ritz-Carlton等等，基本上全都去过。本家旅馆的住宿体验是我至今为止感觉最恶劣的住宿经验之一。特别是性价比和服务让人气愤。在Google的评分中也可以看到，低分的评价反而得到了更多人的认同。山形新干线隔壁一站的赤汤温泉，那边可能更值得一游。特别是瀧波，让人印象深刻。 One of the worst experience ever…Definitely not recommend. Terrible cost performance and the service. For a high-end hot spring experience in the area, Takinami in Akayu Onsen and Chikusenso in Zao both offer outstanding experience👍

パートナーと、東北に行く際は必ず利用しています。大阪からなので、空港からレンタカーを利用して行きますが、チェックアウトすれば、レンタカーでも洗車してくれています。これで、どれほどのサービス力、宿泊客への配慮が分かるかと。 一流ホテルブランドより凄いですよ。 ホスピタリティはどこにも負けません。食事は、いつも全て大満足で、とても上品。 プライベート空間で温泉にもゆっくり入れますし、露天風呂で雪の降る季節。これほど贅沢な時間もありません。 アルコール類は、蔵？のようなエリアがあり、選ぶことができます。山形のお酒は何を飲んでもおいしい。 あぁ、日本人でよかった！と、何度も思わせてくれる宿です。

20回以上訪れています 落ち着いた雰囲気の旅館です それぞれの客室が違う間取りで､その都度気分が変わります 蔵王側の部屋は景色を楽しむことができます 内側の部屋は四季を感じることのできる和風の庭園を楽しめます そんな景色を楽しみながら部屋についている露天風呂や半露天風呂 にはいることができます 料理は山形の地元の食材を中心としたもので､ 野菜が多い健康的なものです 洗練されていていつも美味しくいただいています リーズナブルな値段で希少な日本酒を飲むこともできます いつも､日頃のストレスを忘れるひとときを過ごしています

2度目の訪問です。 前回は4年前、友人達と伺いました。今回は家内とでお世話になりました。 部屋は蔵王連山の望め、ダイニングが別れている間取りでなにかと便利でした。 温泉は、大浴場、貸切風呂、家族風呂、立ち湯、それに部屋の風呂。どれも趣あってとても良かったです。特に蔵王が見渡せる部屋のお風呂は、便利な事もあって何度も浸かりました。数日前に降った雪のおかげで雪見風呂も楽しめました。 食事は郷土色がいっぱいでした。どれも美味しくてとても満足できました。 中居さんの感じもとても良かったです。

広々とした和室で、部屋には個別の温泉風呂だけでなくテラス内にこぢんまりではあるものの本格的な露天風呂が設置されており、感染予防の観点からも大浴場に行かずとも十分満足して入浴できました。さすが寒い地方だけあって、館内暖房完備で、入浴後は汗ばむくらい、部屋の入り口床の床暖房も心憎い。全く寒さを感じさせず、寛がせてもらえました。 食事は、どれも大変美味しい味付けと見た目にも美しい盛り付けで、特にメインの山形牛ステーキはとても柔らかく、ステーキ専門店に優る程美味でした。 口コミサイトで高評価の期待を裏切らない滞在でした。強いて言えば、やや洗面所とトイレの手洗いが狭く感じたのですが、十分許容範囲。

家族５人で1泊しました。ずーっと来たいと思っていましたが、なかなか予約がとれず今回12年ぶりの再訪でした。やっぱり人気の宿だけあって、いたるところ良いです。かみのやま温泉駅からタクシーで向かったのですが、着いて料金を払おうとしたところ「お代は結構です」と「えっ？」最初理解できませんでしたが、駅から名月荘まではタクシー無料とのことです。チェックイン時間より少し早かったものの到着するとすぐお迎えに出ていただき、案内してもらいました。できてだいぶ経ちますが、館内は古くなった感じは全くなく、清潔感がありおしゃれです。部屋は和室、リビング、書斎に半露天風呂があり、とても快適です。夕食は５人だったため夕食会場（個室）でいただきましたが、奥に蔵王、手前にちょうど満開の桜が見えて最高の眺めでした。さらにしばらくすると、蔵王の奥から満月が登ってきてびっくり（ピンクムーンって言うんですね）、まさに名月を眺めながらの最高の夕食になりました。料理も季節の趣向を凝らした内容で文句なしです。お風呂は大浴場に加え、家族風呂などいくつかあって飽きません。名月荘のいいところはやはりホスピタリティですね。スタッフのサービスが素晴らしいです。値段は高いけど、それに見合う内容と思います。ぜひまた期待です。なかなか空いてないけど.....
