Ho prenotato questo hotel per 7 notti. La camera non è rinnovata almeno dagli anni 80. Letto scomodo, mobilio vecchio, la doccia non ha ne la tenda ne l'aggancio per la cornetta. Le lenzuola non erano stirate e in alcuni punti anche sporche. Sporco sotto il letto (polvere e cartacce). Ma la cosa incredibile è che ce ne siamo dovuti andare dopo sole due notti perchè dalle 20 di sera alle 8 del giorno dopo non c'è l'acqua!!!!!! E' vero, che il problema della mancanza di acqua coinvolge tutto il paese ma è altrettanto vero che questo albergo non ha i tank di accumulo dell'acqua che invece hanno tutte le altre strutture per sopperire al problema e garantire l'acqua agli ospiti quando il sistema di acqua di Creta non funziona. Quando ce ne siamo andati nemmeno ci ha rimborsato delle 5 notti non effettuate. IL TITOLARE INVECE DI RESTITUIRCI I SOLDI DELLE 5 NOTTI NON EFFETTUATE CI HA ASSURDAMENTE PROPOSTO DI TORNARE GRTUITAMENTE L'ANNO PROSSIMO
