I thought the food hygiene management was the worst. Other things that would be impossible in the hospitality industry can be accomplished in just a few hours. ① I had heard that the person in charge would come to my room, so I didn't take a bath and waited for him, but he never came. Even though that guy is in your room? After that, even though it was before the meal reservation time, I was asked to come to the room (it was already meal time), but I understand if it was after the normal time, but the front desk came directly to the room instead of calling? Even the waitress had never heard of such a thing. So why? Misunderstood your reservation time? ②When I got out of the bath, I saw the restaurant in front of me because there was no menu and no explanation of the dishes (we didn't either). The customer left his seat and went back to his room. I'm about to try. There, Nakai was almost running over me with a trolley (the same shape as a delivery company) and was insisting that there was dessert for the customers. ③ When you go to a restaurant, your companion asks for a bottle of beer, and he asks if it's just one beer.He doesn't back down, even though you say you'll order if it's not enough, so you get upset and wonder if just one beer is okay for the two of you? When I asked him, he finally backed down. ④When I asked for a large glass of water after taking a bath, I was asked if it had to be a large glass. You just asked for a large glass. When I asked again, I went to pick it up. I thought this would be better than having to come pouring over and over again, but when I said that, they looked at me like it was a hassle. ⑤The beer finally arrived and 5 minutes after I started eating, the tempura came (the rest was chawanmushi and rice miso soup). Last time, they served the food after checking the progress of the cooking, which was highly rated, but I was worried before making a reservation because I heard that the chef had changed, but I was told that the chef who had been there since then was fine, but it was very rude. When I told the waiter that I had informed him of this before making the reservation, he simply reheated the food instead of refrying it? ⑥The worst thing is the sukiyaki nabe plate with astragalus and raw*! It comes with a shell, but the pot and * are set before the reservation time, and the fire is only lit a few hours later. Normally, raw* food taken out of the refrigerator (confirmed with the inn) must be eaten within 2 hours or there is a danger of salmonella bacteria growing. It's definitely impossible that they don't think about the serving time. When I told them that even at Yoshinoya these days, they serve the food in separate containers, they responded by saying that I work part-time and have never been to Yoshinoya before, and even when I asked for a new tori plate and astragalus, they didn't give it to me. It doesn't come. Even when I point out that the noren curtain in the bathtub is too long and the measures taken to prevent infection are lax, people just say, ``Let's take a look,'' or ask if there's anything wrong. Nakai, who is already over 50 years old, was uncomfortable with the way he spoke and the way he responded. And because I said part-time job. ⑦It doesn't matter, but they won't give you a replacement towel or tray, and if you're going to work part-time, I'll ask you to call the person in charge who you can talk to, and they'll bring you a towel, but they won't change the tray. ⑧I spoke with the person in charge, but he did not give his name. president? Management? ? For breakfast, we will investigate whether it is dangerous to leave the shell on a plate or astragalus, even though it is not served raw*. Or less than corona infection prevention. ⑨When I got up from the cold hotpot table and went outside to call Nakai and ask him for rice and miso soup, he found that his fingers were in the rice. When I pointed it out, she sighed, so can you eat the rice I put my finger in? If you ask me, I can't eat it. He says he'll change his mind, but he doesn't apologize. ⑩Even after we finished eating, there was no tea served, and there was supposed to be dessert, but we had to wait. However, even after we finished eating, no one came (it was not a private room), so we called the front desk, and they said that Nakai had told us to leave him alone. Again, no apology. The staff at this inn first make excuses and do not respond by saying they will take care of the problem immediately. The waitress who had brought dessert made excuses again, saying that she was thinking of going back to ask about it soon. You brought it because the front desk told you to, right? Even when I asked him, he never apologized or even said he was sorry for the inconvenience. ⑪When I asked if they had confirmed the fact that the person who had come to my room even though I had not eaten before, I was told that the person had said that he had not been to the room, and I received an answer that made me think I was lying. ⑫Once again, the person in charge just treated it as a complaint and did not take it seriously. Not only did he not know what to do with the food, he was putting his fingers in the rice, and he was sighing in disgust. When I told him that I hadn't come to my room, the staff member thought I had already gone to eat, but there was a guest in the room, so I said I would eat, but I didn't want to get scolded for going to my room before meal time. So I said that I probably hadn't been there and asked them to give me a break, without checking the facts. The waiter also asked me to relax until 9pm, so I refrained and said that I was outside the restaurant, but I was 21. It was past 19:00 and no one came to the front desk, but I contacted them to ask if the food would be served. Even though I had booked a meal for 7pm, I made another excuse because the food would be served right away and I had asked to take it easy. I feel bad because everything is based on excuses rather than admission. Even when I tried to tell them that, they stopped me mid-sentence and made me feel bad two or three times. When I asked them to listen to what the customer was saying (how they felt), they told me to stop calling them customers. Is it because I don't want to get scolded because I have a part-time job? Although it is true.
