New and chic room, spacious for 5 pax, and everything was provided. Pantry was nice, bathroom was great too (love the Pola body and shampoo!!). Also room was warm during the cold winter month. Staff was exceptional, we left our headphone at a nearby izakaya without knowing it, and izakaya contacted staff of seacruise, who immediately picked up and delivered to us around 9am+, just when we were loading luggage to the car and about to leave! Huge thanks to the lady! Room located on 2nd floor without elevator, so need to haul our luggage up the stairs. Check in was at their glamping site as seacruise navio was closed on Wed, and the site was in quite a remote location.

Non seulement l’autre hotel a accepté mais cela a été fait dans la demi-heure avec un remboursement intégral. Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de le remercier lors de notre départ. Je le fais via ce commentaire.
