The self-service check in was unsuccessful, there were no local staff...nearby residents didn't know...
At the critical moment, I thought of going to the Dolphin Center for help, and finally managed to move in.
It is recommended to arrive early (before the Dolphin Center closes).
Or suggest the hotel directly notify guests to check in at the Dolphin Center

Check-in was at Sea Cruise, a dolphin-watching boat. It was just a stop away from where I actually lived. The lady drove there and it took me about 15-20 minutes to walk there.
Walk 2km next to Qianyan Mountain and you can have a panoramic view of Amakusa
The room was clean and tidy. There were not many tourists at night. Most of them left after watching the dolphins.

A great choice for families! You need to check in at the sea cruise front desk and take a car to the hotel to check in. Not every day someone comes up to clean. The facilities are generally very good.

New and chic room, spacious for 5 pax, and everything was provided. Pantry was nice, bathroom was great too (love the Pola body and shampoo!!). Also room was warm during the cold winter month. Staff was exceptional, we left our headphone at a nearby izakaya without knowing it, and izakaya contacted staff of seacruise, who immediately picked up and delivered to us around 9am+, just when we were loading luggage to the car and about to leave! Huge thanks to the lady! Room located on 2nd floor without elevator, so need to haul our luggage up the stairs. Check in was at their glamping site as seacruise navio was closed on Wed, and the site was in quite a remote location.
