The hot spring I was looking forward to was broken so I couldn't use it. Instead I was given a coupon for a nearby hot spring. There was no refrigerator in the room so be careful when using it in the summer.

The baths and meals were both excellent. The facility was also well-maintained. There were many other thoughtful touches that were very helpful. I would like to come again.

Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and amazing hot springs. The hotel is filled with thoughtfulness and the owner's personality is truly evident. Next time, I'd like to come back during the snow season to eat crab.

I stayed here for skiing. This is my second time. The warming pork miso hotpot was carefully adjusted to taste by the staff, and even my 4-year-old daughter, who doesn't like the spiciness of ginger, ate it up. Recommended with Tajima beef sukiyaki. I love that I can always have coffee just a few steps from my room. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning, and the fact that we could walk to the lift station without having to move our car was a plus. In addition to skiing, I enjoyed it as a gourmet hot spring trip.

Thank you for taking care of me after enjoying the forest roads of Mt.Hyono on a motorcycle tour. The owner was friendly and the food was very delicious. With a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, this is a recommended inn for sake lovers. If you like alcohol, we highly recommend staying with the all-you-can-drink course. There is a bar in the inn, which serves your favorite alcoholic beverages. However, you will need to pay an additional fee for expensive alcoholic beverages. Also, there was a coffee maker on each floor, so I was able to drink coffee whenever I wanted.

We stay here every year in Hachikita! The young man's personality, the attentiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building, the indoor bath that makes your skin smooth, the delicious food, etc. are all good things.I don't drink sake myself, but looking at the group of men next to me, it seems like there are many different brands of delicious sake. I also recommend this hotel.The building is new and not very spacious.You have to take some stairs to get around, but it's not a problem.It's also highly rated for being easy to get around because it's close to the lift station.It's an inn that you'd want to stay at again.
