Family trip with my husband and daughter. I endured my daughter's graduation commemoration trip in Corona. I finally got there. Arrived on the first snowy day from Tokyo. Before noon, I had my luggage stored about the inn. It was snowing, so when I returned to the inn before check-in, I entered the room early because the room was ready. I walked to the hot spring town for about 5 minutes, and I rented all my bench coats, boots, and umbrellas, so I went to the hot spring town without suffering and enjoyed the Millennium Corridor. The next day, it was sunny and the weather was blessed from the morning, and I was able to taste two faces in the snow and the sun. And since the inn was a room with a bath, I took a bath as much as I wanted, had a drink, and I was allowed to enter in the morning in the evening while looking at the mountain of snow makeup. The large communal bath was lively, but the quality of the hot springs is gentle and it feels like you can put it in all the time. One point, I was a little disappointed because the open-air bath was under construction, but I am satisfied because I enjoyed the bath in the room. On the last day, I was waiting in the lobby to have it sent by bus after noon, but will it warm up in the bath than the inn? It's reserved. I enjoyed the last hot spring. I am impressed with this hospitality. The food was very delicious, and I had mountain and sea dishes for two days until I was full. All the staff, front desk, cooking, cleaning, drivers, etc. 々. I was able to spend this trip comfortably with a warm response. Thank you very much. (I bought a black silver tote bag to commemorate!)

Visited in late June. A long time ago, I was expecting it because it was an inn that was not popular and highly rated at Byuji Onsen and could not make a reservation. This time, it is a reservation for the inn alone from the reservation site. It was a remote room, but there was no problem other than the steep stairs. I will write the reason for the title first, but I was quite disappointed with the person who drove the round-trip transfer. There is no smile in the greeting with the first-time customer at the transfer of the station, or the feeling that the transfer is disgusting 々. This is quite rare and very impressive. Also, driving is quite rough. Even if it was not a tourist information, I thought it was the standard of many inns to talk about the land and the scenery along the way and create a ”welcome feeling”. The front desk seems to be smart and not at all. It is natural to decide the meal time, but it is a mystery why there is a brand selection of the sake set at check-in. I think the front cap itself, which can only handle 1 groups at once, is unavoidable, but while sitting in the lobby waiting for check-in, I don't write an accommodation card, and it is the government office or the bank that is called to the front desk in turn. Like. By the way, the quality of the hot springs is very good. The open-air bath is not a garden open-air bath, but a mountain inn with a good atmosphere. The staff is quite holding, and at the restaurant, the friendly Nakai prepares freshly fried tempura and small pots. However, unfortunately, it is not so much if it is said that the ingredients and cooking methods are unique dishes that can only be eaten here. Sake is not very generous as an inn in Tohoku. I don't think it's expensive. Also, this inn cannot use credit cards locally. The disappointment this time is concentrated on the transfer and the front desk, so the guests who can come by car may be a good impression. If the inn reads it, if there was a very good impression during the stay, I think that the area around the previous transfer was offset a lot, but in terms of customer service of the first and final impressions. It's lost. I highly recommend that you be in charge of a friendly person.
