I stayed in a standard twin room, which originally had no shower room but only a toilet. However, the double room (one bed) has a shower room. Because the room was fully booked at the time, I booked two beds. Maybe the introduction on Trip.com was not correct. The picture of the hotel is clear or there is an error. I wanted to change rooms, but the hotel was full and could not change rooms. Haocai Hot Spring was very good. The portion of the dinner was small.

Stayed here for my honeymoon and it was a great place~ peaceful, private, and cosy with lovely facilities. All the staff working were extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us a small gift when we checked-out. There were lots of freebies (e.g. free flow of pizzas and drinks at certain times of the day and late night snacks) throughout our stay. Despite it being further out of the city, their free shuttle service was punctual and helpful; dropping / picking you up from Kameoka Station, which has a direct line to Kyoto city. We opted for the dinner and breakfast and they were both fantastically delicious! For dinner, there was also free flow of beverages during the dinner, which had a good selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay and will definitely come back to visit.

I've stayed there for 2 nights and everything is just amazing. The staff upgraded my room which had a sauna and bath tub. Snacks and drinks were replenished every day. The breakfast was great and the dinner was just amazing. They provided a variety of drinks (wine, sake, juice, tea, coffee, etc.) and it's all you can drink. They also provided free beers and drinks in the lobby resting area and you can watch live sports there at night. The hot spring is great as well. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and mother-in-law, and it was a great memory. The original course meal "Kyo". Each dish was carefully prepared and heartfelt, and was very delicious. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and good. We also enjoyed the "hospitality" free drinks. Oh! Of course, the room and the hot spring were very relaxing. The only drawback was that the view from the room was rather dull, and even though the window was large, I felt like I could see everything from the building opposite, so I had to close the curtains. I was disappointed that the (former) tennis court I saw on my walk was lonely. It's not what you would call first-class or high-class, but the hospitality was warm and heartfelt. I'm glad I stayed here. Thank you very much. I'm very satisfied.
