Kamakura Hotels with Parking

I stayed at this hotel close to Kamakura Station this time on a day trip in Kamakura after a long time. The weather was good and I was looking forward to the next day's Kamakura walk. First of all, the entrance of the hotel was difficult to understand and left to right. The floor display of the elevator is difficult to understand. The construction is fashionable, but the moving line from the elevator to the front desk is bad and narrow. The target is young. There may be some mistakes that I didn't read the terms of use firmly when booking the net, but the attitude of the woman who responded to the check-in was the lowest. Because it was a reservation in the prefectural people, I was asked to present a certificate of vaccination, but when I told him that I didn't bring it, it was said that it meant ”I can't stay without anything to prove” Because it is said that something can be proven, when I look for an email that came to the vaccine, I see a paper with a fluorescent marker on the sentence posted on the reservation site I just said, ”It's written here!” I found him angry at the attitude, but I came to Kamakura, and I didn't see the document because it was bad, and I was looking for an email by two people, and the staff came I came to say, ”I don't accept it, but I will respond only this time.” I came with Kachin! I checked in with a smile, saying, ”I'll be thankful.” I think there is a way of saying things as a customer service business, even if there is a mistake here. It was quite high pressure and I was sorry as a fellow to the way of saying things from the top and the attitude and expression of the eye. Chose this place because of the price and the offer of Mount Fuji view. Certainly the view did not disappoint us, love the sea view and Mount Fuji. Room was spacious and the layout was nice though dated to some extent. The grounds looks like it need some sprucing and maintenance work. Checkin was efficient though parking came with a price. Maybe hotel should consider free parking for guests as most would be driving to get to this area. We ate at the Japanese restaurant though you had to walk in the rain on the day we were there as the restaurant was located on a annex building. Food was good and service was fine but on the higher end of prices. I like the neighbourhood vibe, there is a supermarket, hardware/pharmacy and bakery within walking distance from the hotel. There are a few restaurants by the beach and we tried the Pacific place. Prices of food along the beach are much more reasonable. Would stay here again except that traffic along this stretch of road is very bad as it is only a one lane road and traffic lights at almost every junction. Be prepare for a long and slow drive between hotel to town.

We stayed ２ nights in November 2020. The room we booked is standard twin [non-smoking] 34㎡. I had resistance to leisure to the far side using public transportation in the corona pass, so I booked this place which seems to be able to stay calmly in a relatively nearby place. As I saw in various reviews before my stay, the room is large and satisfied as expected. I think there are many people who don't like the inn that has been built years, but I like it because there are many cases of spacious rooms compared to the inn now. I entered the room and was relieved to see the view from the window. The sea just across the street. Fortunately, during my stay, the weather was good and I was able to enjoy the view from the window. Also, if you look at the balcony on the floor you are staying, this was also good 々. The location of the room is far from the sea, but I think it is color 々 depending on the location of the room, so the view from the room is not enough. I thought it would be good to see it from the balcony if I thought it was. Also, the making of the inn is interesting. I thought that I stayed in a western room, but the opposite side across the passage seemed to be a Japanese room type. In that case, breakfast was also available for western and Japanese food choices. ２ nights, so I asked １ times each. It may be a more lively atmosphere in summer, but it was November, and it was quiet and perfect for spending time. I also want to stay at the off-season. I thought.

Perfect choice for a pilgrimage in Kamakura. I went there once on May 1st, and I quickly came again on November. The dunk master is a memory of a generation. The intersection of the car and the car also represents the youth of a generation. Even if the young boys and girls have become aunts and uncles, the power of feelings is still great, Kamakura, Worth going again!

Beyond imagination~ A very quaint two-story villa~ You need to wear slippers when you enter the door, and everything is very clean. The room is quite large and clean. The front desk staff speaks good English and is very enthusiastic. They will answer any questions. There is a toilet for women only on the second floor, which is clean and fresh. The best thing is the transportation. It is only 5 minutes away from Enoden Hase Station on foot. Turning a corner, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes~ There is also a cute Lawson near the beach. Sitting on the sofa on the first floor, the sun shines in from the big windows. The cute female clerk is busy cleaning while playing English oral practice content in the walkman. She works quietly and reads along quietly. I seem to be there, but I don’t seem to be there. It’s just the most beautiful moment left for me here.

I stayed at Kaihinso for the first time in 2019, but unfortunately the comments at that time are gone. I have experienced a lot in the past 5 years, but my impression of Kaihinso has never changed. This is the most important part of the Kamakura trip. The Kaihinso building itself is a national protected building in Japan, and most of the staff are old ladies with a friendly attitude. Five years ago, most of the guests staying were Japanese, but this time most of them are Chinese tourists. Do you want to experience the most traditional Japanese inn? Just stay at Kaihinso. Sleep on tatami, take a hot spring, and eat Japanese breakfast. Kaihinso is only more than 100 meters away from Yuigahama Station on the Enoden. You can walk along the path to the beach, or take the tram for 4 stops to Shichirigahama, 5 stops to Kamakura High School, or 7 stops to Enoshima. Even if you don’t go to the attractions, just walking in the nearby alleys and feeling the tranquility of the Japanese countryside is also an excellent experience.

Used for a single trip to Kamakura (one week difference in ofuna, stay at [Aitetsu ﾌﾚｯｻｲﾝ Kamakura ofuna East Exit]). There are two types of rooms for one person [ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (16m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140cm), ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ (19.5m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 160cm)], and ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ (19.5m2) are 2 ﾀｲﾌﾟ ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ A (main building) We used the accommodation. Opened in April 2002, December 2017, ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ was made in the room & ﾛﾋﾞｰ, so when I stepped into ﾛﾋﾞｰ, I didn't feel old at all, but there was no step in the room ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ. I did ﾁｮｯﾄ ﾋﾞｯｸﾘ. ﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙ ｵｰﾌﾟﾝ ﾎﾃﾙ Most of the rooms are beautifully decorated, but ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ is mostly a step. ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ is ﾛﾋﾞｰ and takes what you need by yourself ﾀｲﾌﾟ, but since there is a small bag with ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ, it is very convenient to bring it back to the room. I have a good feeling in the sense of preventing forgetting did. I don't know ﾃﾞｽｸ in the ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ (16m2) room, but ﾃﾞｽｸ in the ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ (19.5m2) room is large enough and recommended if used in ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽ. There are two types of rooms in ﾌﾟﾗﾝ and ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ, but ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ A: Main Building, ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ B: New Building. Breakfast is ﾀｲﾌﾟ to choose from 7 types of ﾒｲﾝﾒﾆｭｰ (see attached photo). Considering the recent new ｺﾛﾅｳｲﾙｽ infection prevention, I think it is a ﾍﾞﾀｰ method.

10 minutes walk from Kamakura station. It is right in front of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. It feels solemn when you hear it is a site related to Mr. Hojo, but it is a functional and modern hotel. Check-in is also unmanned, so you don't meet people. The size of the room is about the size of a one-room condominium where you live alone, and the interior is modern and clean. We also have the necessary equipment. The windows are about lighting, so you can't see the scenery. I was happy with the bath gel. The rooftop is a shared space for guests, and there are tables and chairs, so I ate breakfast while watching the cherry blossoms in full bloom in Dankuzu and the torii gate of Hachimangu. By the way, there is no restaurant, so I bought breakfast at a convenience store. There is a Sanrio Cafe on the first floor. From the location and functional price, it will be a perfect base for sightseeing. The only complaint is that when I entered the guest information on the screen at check-in, I had a hard time noticing that I had to scroll because I had to scroll backwards when I entered the guest information. ★ 6 places, ★ 1 reduced to ★ 5.

Bushi or Samurai is a great local guide who runs Irodori, he is a gold mine of info about Kamakura and Japan in general, I highly recommend taking one of his tours. Bushi guided me around the mountains of Kamakura and on the Shogun tour, both well worth the money as you get a deeper experience than you will get by yourself. We also went to see a 24th generation sword smith, which was simply amazing. Irodori is not a fancy guest house, its simple, but its clean and most importantly for me, its authentic Japan.
