I woke up finding a bedbug on my bed. There’s rashes on my arm. The only thing the hotel offers was to Change my room. I asked them if they can get me medication for my rash, and clean the clothes in my luggage cause I don’t know whether it’s infected with the bugs, they said they can’t do that. Anyone that dealt with bedbug knows how scary that thing is and how hard it’s to get rid of them! I paid $480 for the room. And they only offer to refund 10k Japanese yen. Is this a joke? They said they have to do an investigate to see whether the bug is harmful in order to offer a refund. I’m disgusted. Does not recommend!

The hotel is a bit old but close to electric railway station. You can walk to seafront in about 5 mins & you can take railway to city centre. If you like golf then it’s a great choice
