不抽煙的人千萬別定吸煙房，住着很難受。然後日本人不是太願意變通的解決問題，大多都按照計劃來。這不是壞事，但是當你不吸煙卻住到吸煙房時，那衹能難受着。
除此之外，是性價比非常高的選擇。去東京市區遊玩平均通勤時間1小時左右，在這個價格上可以接受。

立地はまぁまぁ良い所、駅にちかくて目の前にイオンがありコンビニも少し歩けばある。
周りにうるさい施設もないので夜は静かでした。
スタッフさんの応対も普通（良くも悪くもない）といった感じでした。
少し残念なのはドライヤーが結構な年代物だったのと、壁とドアが薄いのかよく音が聴こえてきます。（出入り音など）
ユニットバスでしたがシャワーヘッドは個人的には好みのものでシャワーは非常に快適でした。
アメニティの中でボディタオルが置かれてなかったのは初めてでしたので若干評価減。
良い感じなのですが設備面さえ改善されればリピートしたいなと感じました。

女性二人での宿泊だったのですが、狭くて息苦しい部屋でした。
一人だったとしても女性が寛げるホテルでは無いと思いました。
駐車場が敷地内の近い場所にあって助かりました。
