Ситуация-приехали с мужем около трёх ночи, нас встретила пожилая хостес. Номер чистый, вроде все хорошо; муж пошёл мыться и только тронул душевую кабину как на него упал огромный кусок стекла(часть двери). Никакой медицинской помощи со стороны персонала не было, несчастная бабушка-хочется одна была из администрации и веником выгребала стёкла. Пол в крови- никто не предложил поменять номер или ХОТЯБЫ протереть пятна. На утро нам предложили решение проблемы- сами заплатите за ремонт. Справедливости ради сказали - но заставить платить мы не можем. Менеджер уехал на выходные, так что что делать мы не знаем. Вообщем полная не компетентность со стороны персонала. Стоит добавить что полотенца в номерах жёсткие, как наждачка, но перемотать рану если на вас что то упадёт - сойдёт ) Симпатичное с наружи здание, внутри с людьми не знающими как вести туристический бизнес и не слышащих о правах потребителя.

Хороший отель, очень вежливый персонал, брали номер "люкс" (302) Чудесный вид на водохранилище, закат, медвежья шкура на балконе (её хорошо бы выбить и помыть, а то он с перхотью) клещей в матрасе и подушках нет, это шикарно, телек работает хорошо, но кожаные диваны повидали своё)) в целом все хорошо, но не хватило чуть уюта, прям 4+ В баре по 2 воды, пепси и сока Вкусные завтраки Неплохой бассейн Сауну просите заранее и хорошо разогревать Хотелось бы сланцы в бассейн Приятный отель, спасибо за гостеприимство)
