Начну с того, что жил в период с 4-5 августа, заезжал в позднее время, на ресепшене никого не было, заселяла горничная , такого хамского отношения к постояльцу давно нигде не видел, горничная хамила, заселяла нехотя, на уточняющие вопросы не отвечала и было понятно, что хотела поскорее сплавить в номер. Сама гостиница понравилось, чисто , уютно, но отношение персонала поразило.

Плюсы: - Самый близкий к Оке отель (видно из окна и с балкона) - недалеко от Гостиного Двора (правда, в крутую горку) - Вежливый персонал. Администратору ночью надо звонить по телефону. Минусы: - Гололёд на парковке - рваный диван - пыль на батареях

Действительно хороший текстиль, но номер под крышей немного протек за зиму и потому даже в доме свежей постройки выглядит грустно, как и видавшие виды двери.Имейте ввиду рельеф - гостиница у реки и первые 300 метров подниматься в крутую горку.

Ужасное место. В душевой была сломана лейка душа и смеситель, по мылся по человеческих не получилось лил на себя струёй то горячей то холодной воды. Расположение для пеших туристов ужасное. Для счастливых обладателей автомобилей подойдёт. Администрация врёт, что вокруг полно магазинов и кафе, наглая ложь до ближайшего 1,5 км в гору. В отели живут в основном гастрабайтеры из районов области.

Единственные "плюсы" - это вид на Оку и рядом с центром и всё! Белье было грязное, сантехника протекает, пол из порванного линолеума, стены тонкие. Приехал с девушкой на романтик и пожалел! Попросил поменять номер, а другой оказался не сильно лучше. Не рекомендую, к сожалению.
