The hotel has a modern interior, excellent food / breakfast / service / natural cosmetic products, and is located in a calm village. The wellness area is clean. There is a huge variety of hiking trails in the region. In summary we simply had a great stay!

10/10 ( with no hesitation) This hotel is everything you could wish for… The food is amazing, such good quality every night. It’s ideally located with lockers provided in the main gondola for ease and a 5 min walk from the apres bars ( bonus) We had the best time, all the staff made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much. Went for a week skiing with my 2 sons, and were here half-board. The room looked very new, with very good beds and clean bathroom. We enjoyed every morning a very extensive breakfast, and every later afternoon cake & coffee after skiing. A sauna before the dinner made the experience complete. The hotel is located at walking distance from the Kaltenbach main lift, and they offer ski lockers in the lift building depot, so all very comfortable. Friendly staff as well, so what does one need more?

Our first night in Kaltenbach Austria and we had trouble finding somewhere to eat as it was after 6pm on a Sunday. This is a nice restaurant with pretty good service. Clean bathrooms. Easy parking for our bikes. The meals were fine except for my Weinerschinzel which I thought was awful. One issue with dining in Austria is there is a lot of smoking and anywhere outside there is a lot of smoking.

Nette kamers en sanitair,vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke maaltijden. 2 de keer daar en terug een topvakantie gehad. Dichtbij de piste, ski stalling aan de lift wat een groot pluspunt is. Auto kan je parkeren in de garage. Ontbijt en avond eten heerlijk

Personal und Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Restaurant liebevoll gedeckt. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Suppe, Salatbuffet, Hauptgang, Dessert, immer wieder zusätzlich Schmankerl, wie z.B. Käsebuffet mit extrem guter Auswahl. Das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls top. Hervorragendes Angebot an offenen Teesorten. Kaffee und Eiervariationen werden serviert. Das Beste ist die Nähe zum Lift mit einem kostenlosen Schidepot. Man geht in der Früh vom Hotel ca. 300 m mit den Straßenschuhen zur Gondelbahn, nimmt seine Schi aus dem Depotkasten, geht 3 m zum Aufzug und kommt dort direkt bei der Gondelbahn an. Besser geht nicht. Für das Auto gibt es noch einen kostenlosen Tiefgaragenplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 306, Arnika, das war zweckmäßig, nett eingerichtet und ausreichend von der Größe. Wir bekamen 2 wunderbare Kräuerkissen geliehen, für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes. Alles in Allem ein wunderbares Wohlfühlhotel, mit herzlichen Gastgebern und überaus freundlichem Personal.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Kräuterhotel verbringen können, nicht nur das großzügige gemütliche Zimmer hat uns überzeugt und beeindruckt, sondern auch die freundlichen Begegnungen im Hotel insgesamt aber besonders im Liebstöckl Restaurant. Ein sehr großes Lob geht wieder an die Küche, die uns in diesem Jahr absolut vom lukullischen Angebot überzeugt und beeindruckt hat.
