I came to Casale Panayiotis to celebrate my 50th birthday with my closest friends and family who all enjoyed my celebrations at the Kava which I booked for my private event and my guests all stayed over too. My family and I stayed for three nights to enjoy the local surroundings, the village and the spa facilities. Honestly, we all had an amazing time. The staff not only treated me like royalty but all my guests too. We had a fabulous time. Angelos, Kyriakos and all the team were incredible on the night of my party. Nothing was too much trouble and every request I had (which there were several) were all met with smiles and attentiveness. I couldn’t have asked for more. The food was amazing all thanks to the chef and his team, thank you. As an event planner myself I understand the headaches of demands with so many tiny details and everything I asked for was met perfectly. Iliania and Axis from the operations and F&B team have answered every query I had in all the planning and preparations long before I arrived. Honestly 5* doesn’t do justice to the way in which I and all my guests have been treated. Thank you all for an incredible party that I will remember and cherish forever and to the fabulous stay and 100% the best massage I have ever had from Kiki in the spa. Thank you so much

The room is clean, tidy, good facilities, beautiful environment, it is recommended! The service is very good and handmade chocolates are also delivered!

The staff are fantastic, all very efficient and friendly; they all do a great job. The swimming pools are very nice, both indoor and outdoor. It is a large resort and it was not full when we visited so it felt peaceful, I am not sure how that would compare to peak season. The main reason for my low rating is that I booked a junior suite months in advance and specifically asked for a quiet room. We were assigned a room above the kitchen (noisy and smelly), next to the tavern restaurant and to the noisy generator/pool engine (or whatever it is, but very noisy all day and night). The window also faced the busy stairs that lead to the restaurant and beach....so not my idea of quiet at all. The decor is dated but that could be acceptable. The bed (king bed made up as two singles pushed together with 2 sets of duvets) had a very uncomfortable mattress and the pillows were lumpy. This is not acceptable in a high starred hotel, in my opinion. When I mentioned this at check out, the lady suggested that next time I book a more expensive suite.... We had one dinner at the restaurant and while the food was good, it was extremely expensive for what if was. Breakfast was good, nothing special. On a bright note they seem to have adopted a large number of cats and they seem to take good care of them.

A great and very stylish new Hotel !!! The receprionist Staff was very friendly and absolutely profesional, treat their customers always with a smile and respect. Guest relation manager (Jamie) will do always his best to assist you !!! As for the location great, no car needed at all, close to all great places to visit by foot !!! Went 30 December 2022 to spent the last couple of days of the year in what it supposed to be a cosy mountainous hotel set up. It was just that. A cosy refurbished old hotel in the middle of a forest, a short walking distance from Platres village. There is a huge history concerning the role the hotel played as the place for the rich and famous in the early 20th century until the end of the 80's. Royals, movie stars and wealthy individuals stayed at the hotel, photos of which are everywhere. The room was clean, the temperature was perfect and everything worked just fine. The a la cart menu offers few choices, but the food quality was above average to our satisfaction. Not expensive as well. The wine list was short and was focused to local wineries from which there was a handful of worth to try (if you are familiar with the local varieties or if you can get help from the head waiter). Excellent service at the restaurant, smiling faces everywhere and helpful staff in every corner. Taking under consideration the fact that is a facility deep in the forest, old and with a well established mountainous character, it is unfair to judge the simplicity of the design or the lack of 5 modern star building materials. You get what you pay and that is not a high end 21st century super luxury hotel. There is of course room for improvement starting from the unacceptable condition of the private road when you enter the gates heading upwards for the Hotel (about 4 hundred meters). It's totally destroyed and no maintenance have been taken place for decades. There is no lighting to help you avoid the holes so if you are not cautious your car might end up with some kind of damage. If this piece of road is part of the land that belongs to the hotel , then this is totally unacceptable. Generally though a good experience.

First time in Cyprus, I never wanted to come again. It's desolate, nothing fun, the seaside is okay, the commercial street is poor. Talk about the hotel, because it is close to the customer, so book this hotel, although not at the beach. But the distance is also very close, walking about 2 kilometers to the seaside tourist area. The hotel is ok, but it should be soon after the renovation, the room smells a little, I am sensitive to the smell, so I opened the window to sleep. No food around the hotel, only a supermarket. Ice cream shop. The hotel is nice and clean. The network is average, and the signal on the bed is very poor, even Ctrip cannot open it. Breakfast is good, everything, can meet nutritional needs. If you go to the airport, you can ask the hotel to call travel express for 13 euros. Pick up at the hotel and then take you to the airport. Otherwise, take a taxi for 10 euros to the station, and the bus costs 9 euros, which is very frustrating. Try to live in high floors and have a good view.

We made a reservation through phone for 4 bedrooms 1 month before the arriving time. When we called 2-3 day before that day, we were told that only 3 rooms are available. As we did not want to cancel our long-weekend 2 of my friends decided to share a room. When we arrived ( and later on when I mentioned this) the owners NEVER said ' Sorry' !!! The old lady owner's comments was : 'Mistakes happen' which is true BUT TO SAY 'SORRY ' WOULD BE ESSENTIAL!!!! Due their mistake we were given rooms not in the main building so we had a restricted view of Omega beach. Moreover, although my friends were old , we were given rooms on the 1st floor which due the steps ( not well lightened during night) made for my friends difficult to reach their room. Rooms had also problems: electricity/TV/hair dryer weren't working, balcony door could not be close properly, toilette flusher got stacked and water was continuously running in the toilette. One positive point that when we complained an old man came soon and tried his best to solve the problem. He was the nicer person from all employees we met there. Rooms had the basic furniture and they were clean, except some smudges on the walls. . BUT only one bedside lamp and not even one glass!! Bathrooms were nicely designed and towels were clean. Breakfast area had a disgusting strong oily smell all day around. Breakfast was very poor, Omelets probably weren't done from fresh eggs as it were served in cubes!! Only one kind of marmalade (probably the same would cost to have at least 2 different one.!!) As about the cleanliness of the coffee /milk pots-they were dirty outside and full with smudged fingerprints. But the worst was the cheep blue supermarket 'Sailor' salt which we had on our table. it was sticky and dirty!!! Next to our table , to separate it from the 'parking'( it is just a plot between the 2 buildings of the hotel, not even a path/steps leading from one building to the other) was a badly hanged plastic. How much would cost to put some nicer stuff there??? The worse came when at the time of check-out we mentioned some of the technical problems in order to help the owners to avoid problems with next guests. The middle aged women (??owner) approach was ABSOLUTELY negative. And again we did not hear the word :SORRY. Maybe they not even know that word??? IT IS TIME TO LEARN TO BE POLITE, TIME TO MAKE MINIMAL IMPROVEMENTS. It is a shame that all these problems brought us negative emotions on that beautiful and unspoiled area of Cyprus.

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.
