Great location, had a room with a view of the harbor, beds were ok, lobby and reception were good, cleanliness and service in the breakfast restaurant were bad, dirty tables, no clearing and cleaning of the tables and !!! CHAIRS !!!

Hotel was not really worth the cost. The rooms were very small and hot. However, it was centrally located and convenient. They only have a few hotel parking spaces and you need to reserve in advance or park in one of the public lots. My main complaint was that when I turned on the shower, water came flooding out from underneath the tub.

This is a moderately priced hotel with a decent breakfast buffet. I wish there had been AC and that there were outlets on either side of the bed.

Hotell mitt i centrala Kalmar nära till restauranger och sevärdheter. Bekvämt med parkering i källaren mot tillägg. Bra rum mot gård. Fantastisk frukostbuffe och rejält med utrymme mellan borden. Bastu och relaxavd är ok, men investera i en ny bastuhink samt skopa och komplettera gärna med ett skohorn.

We checked in a late time because of train delay. We had to wait about one hour at the reception because of room key issues. It did not work at all that night. So receptionist opened the room for us and we get the key following day. Room is too small. Socket locations are not good. Hotel location is good and the breakfast was OK. But it does not worth to pay that much for that below average hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The bathroom really needs to be replaced and upgraded with new tiles.
The pillows was not that comfy.
The staff was very friendly.
