My boyfriend and I stayed in this suite with private pool for two nights in August. Lovely place at first glance then once we entered the room there was hair everywhere, dirty bathroom with residues from previous guests, broken towel holder as well as the hooks of the deckchairs outside. Furniture in the room all sticky, mirrors that had not been cleaned for at least a month, refrigerator not sanitized, coffee machine present but without pods and sugar, kettle for tea or herbal teas but without herbal teas and with only one cup (they thought we were one and the same) And the only dirty spoon from those who were there before us. We immediately complained via message as there was no one in the facility. It absolutely doesn't deserve the €200 per night... I can expect these things if I go to a hostel but if I decide to go to a place like this it's to feel pampered and it would be enough to be more present to make the guests happy. The boy who followed us (I didn't understand if he is the owner) worked behind the counter in a bar a stone's throw from the hotel. I think it's very difficult to do two things well... If you're busy working elsewhere you can't control the details that make the difference. We had already paid for our stay otherwise we would have left the room straight away. Hygiene and care are the first thing I look at when entering a place especially for the amount spent. Don't go there, there is much better on the island.
