Good hotel, ideally located for enjoying the nightlife in Faliraki and when your all iinclusive ends at 22.30 you can take a short 5/10 minute walk into town. There are 3 pools at this complex and the Lounge Pool has padded sunloungers around it. The other pools do have sun loungers around them but they are not padded. (1 of the pools is a children's one) Food is OK, but desserts tend to be the same every day. Ice cream is available at both lunch and dinner times. There is entertainment throughout the day in terms of volleyball and water polo and this is just starting up for the summer season, along with evening entertainment.

I understand that this place may be quite tempting because of how cheap it is, but I would seriously recommending spending a little bit more money and going somewhere else. After a week at Stamos Hotel I felt like I was starting to lose the plot… Sleep deprived due to the incredibly rude cleaners that come shouting and banging down the corridors at 7am every morning, and the mattress being made of concrete. The one redeeming factor is that they make a good Greek salad. The rest of the food is slop. They also serve every drink in plastic cups which is obviously horrendous for the environment. I must have consumed about 120 plastic cups in the 7 days I spent here. There’s a really bad stench around the place - due to bad sewage. People leave their towels on the good sunbed spots all week meaning that the only places you can ever sun bathe is in a grubby little garden area, which is where the smell seems to be the worst. The only enjoyment I had on this trip is when I left the hotel. Definitely won’t be returning.

Very welcoming, food was good, loads of options. Lovely salads, selection of meats like ribs, duck, chicken, soup section, deserts fruit you name it. Help yourself to drinks all day. Room was nice , air con, clean towels and sheets every day. Pools were nice, loads of sunbeds and the place was nice and clean. Handy shop across the road. I'd definitely come back

This is a good hotel , the staff work hard and the hotel is always improving even throughout our stay . We stayed in a complex up the road from the hotel ( we got a deal with loveholidays all inclusive so fair enough , was lovely and quiet and the ac was heavenly , … seemed like they ran out of money to put a complete finish on it but we were happy enough , comfortable beds , cleaned most days , everything you need as a base . Food was tasty , Meat on offer was always tender and a very good choice /sekectin every day , was impressed with roast duck and king prawns offered up some of the days always fresh and great selection which I’m sure is difficult to suit most people but I always enjoyed the meals /kudos to the chef and kitchen staff , Greek food is lovely and greek night every wed was lovely to see how the Greeks celebrate their culture andthe staff get involved in dancing on the night , it’s a good laugh Entertainment ha , a cocky lil English bloke who delights in slagging young women off , not my taste in humour , bingo is a total fix 😂always seems to. Be his mate of the moment who wins 😂 , they could ditch him and get someone in with a bit of class , definitely need more umbrellas around both pools !!! It’s a little Bit irresponsible to NOT provide shade in a country so hot at times , all in all a great holiday enjoyed by my family of six . Thank you stamos ps none of the toilet doors lock ahhh and bar staff seem standoffish BUT they seem to have a constant stream of us greedy all inclusivers so I can’t really blame them 😂

Stayed as a solo traveller. Hotel very clean, cleaners and reception staff are nice. Bar staff are rude and looked down on me as a solo traveller, especially the one who sits at end of bar..Made me feel uncomfortable with his dirty looks. Just because I am a solo travel. Not sure what his problem was. I paid for my holiday and came to relax.

The room was surprisingly a good standard. Nice and clean However, The food was poor. There was no flavour and the food was freezing even when brought straight from kitchen The sunbeds are poor and uncomfortable. The sunbeds are in a bad layout. The animator Louis was amazing, we could see he tried his best with a major lack of resources. For example when he did his own karaoke the speaker was horrendous with no sound quality and broken bass. The activity’s he did were always fun but other guests would not want to participate. If the above isn’t fixed we definitely won’t be staying here again

We had a lovely week in this hotel. On arrival the reception ladies sorted out a problem we had with our booking. We had made the mistake and they were so kind and understanding. I was on holiday with my granddaughter and great grandson. The room was perfect for our needs, food was great for a 3 star hotel, lovely complex, near to beach, shops and bars. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel surprisingly good. Lady at check in very friendly. Rooms basic, safe in wardrobe that you pay extra for. Shower decent. Couldn't see over balcony when seated which was a bit of a pain. Food ok for the price. Something for everyone. Repetitive but to be expected for the price. Pools are lovely! Inflatables allowed. They are a bit cold at first but definitely warm up as the day goes on. More sunbeds and parasols needed by the lounge pool. Entertainment admittedly wasn't very good. The bloke running it had a bit of an attitude problem if I'm being honest. This deffo needs improvement. Altogether though a decent holiday for a good price x

We arrived in Stamos without any special expectations as we have previously been unlucky with our all inclusive stay in other countries. (Both 4 and 5 stars) We were greeted by a very nice lady at the reception who made sure we had everything we needed. We got free beach towels and the room was cleaned every day even though it said when we booked that it is only washed 2 times and that towels must be brought. Over the next few days, we could choose between several zones to swim in, a pool bar serving refreshing drinks and a buffet which for us was very good with new dishes every day and a varied selection of food for the whole family. The staff were pleasant, the entertainment was decent and both adults and children enjoyed themselves together with the other families. In addition, the beach and the center are only a short walk away and here you will find everything you need, whether you want to have a quiet day at the beach, a boat trip, shopping, food or a playground for the children. Looking at what we got for the money, this was 10/10 for us. We hope to be able to return to this lovely place! Thanks! - Lotte, Raven and Morten.

Another return trip to this fantastic family run all inclusive hotel. We went for a family room, which is brilliant if you have young children. A separate room with two single beds perfect for young families. The food choice was varied but with enough constants for the little ones. We particularly enjoyed the Greek night where the food such as stuffed vine leaves and mousaka was great! There are now three pools including a kids pool which is not very deep between 45/60cms, which is great to let the kids paddle about in. They also have a lovely long pool- new this or last year I think, which is lovely and quite perfect to get away to for an hour or so! I love the mix of ages who visit here, older couples and groups, young families and young couples and friends alike. Really nice to see a great selection of people visiting Faliraki for its fantastic beach, lovely restaurants and bars, shops and general atmosphere! Everyone is very friendly with Stamos, Crysula and Tina working hard to make our holiday the best! Would highly recommend, looking forward to booking again!

Average hotel, the one major problem we found was the noise at nights ! Hardly any sleep for the week as you can hear every quest coming home every door being shut. Loud up until 2:30 am then the cleaners start at 7 am! I’ve never witnessed this is any other hotel so early pushing their trolleys and knocking doors 9 am onwards to clean ( they do a lovely) and the rooms are left spotless with clean towels/ sheets it’s just the time they start disturbs the holiday feel. Feel this time of year it’s a lot of groups staying at the hotel causing the loudness at stupid times in the morning. Shower in bathroom no shower curtain or screen so completely floods your bathroom every time Pool side lovely. Food ok ( always something to eat). Enjoyed our stay other than the lack of sleep !

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we proceeded with the check-in process and made our way to our designated room. Immediately upon entering, we were struck by the room's minimalist aesthetic, which seemed somewhat out of the way from the main corridors. The room boasted a unique feature—a separate corridor leading to the main area—yet this corridor was shrouded in darkness due to a malfunctioning light fixture. As someone with visual impairments, navigating this dimly lit space proved challenging, exacerbating the initial impression. Surveying the room, we noted its bare essentials: a hairdryer and kettle were provided, albeit without the customary accompaniment of complimentary tea or coffee, a common offering in many establishments. Our attention then turned to the wardrobe, which housed a meager collection of just ten hangers and a seemingly secure safe. However, our attempts to utilize the safe were thwarted by an unexpected hurdle: a code entry system that persistently rejected our efforts. It was only later, upon seeking assistance from reception, that we discovered the hidden cost associated with accessing the safe—a hefty €15 fee, a detail omitted during the check-in process, leaving us feeling somewhat coerced into paying for a service we had assumed would be complimentary. The room's shortcomings did not end there, unfortunately. The shower experience proved underwhelming, characterized by consistently low water pressure and a scarcity of hot water, even during non-peak hours. When we raised our concerns with reception, the explanation offered—that peak times necessitated a reduction in water pressure—did little to assuage our disappointment, particularly given the persistently lackluster performance of the shower. Despite our dissatisfaction, we hoped for respite in the hotel's dining offerings. However, our hopes were soon dashed as we sampled the fare on offer. While lunch and dinner presented a modicum of variety, the taste failed to live up to expectations, with breakfast emerging as a particularly egregious offender in terms of both flavor and presentation. Compounding matters was the absence of allergen information, a glaring oversight for individuals like myself with severe nut allergies, necessitating a cautious approach to meal selection and limiting my culinary enjoyment throughout our stay. Furthermore, the lack of allergen labeling extended to dessert options, such as ice cream, posing a potential hazard for those with dietary restrictions. This oversight became all too apparent when my partner unknowingly selected a scoop of pistachio ice cream, a flavor perilously close to my allergen trigger. Had I indulged without prior knowledge, the consequences could have been dire. The disappointments continued unabated with the drinks package, which promised refreshment but delivered only frustration. Inconsistencies in measures, coupled with indifferent service from the bartenders, left us feeling dissatisfied and disillusioned

When we arrived we were filled with trepidation after a bad experience hotel wise on our holiday to Lanzarote 2 months ago. Stamos is a gem of a hotel in every way! Try it, you will love it! Rooms spotless and cleaned every day,Great food and attentive staff. Also plenty of sunbeds too. One slight improvement could be made in the new build ... it needs an airer on the terrace/balcony to hang your towels etc but that's all ... well done .. see you next year! P.S. Blossom in reception.... we love you xxx😊

The hotel was very modern, the rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and always keen to help. The food varies - my partner chose what would be British food and was somewhat disappointed. He thought the food was a bit bland and not enough flavour. I on the other hand preferred to eat the Greek food and thought it very good indeed. The salad table was excellent. It was all inclusive and you could eat and drink whatever you liked so obviously very good value for money. The only tip I would give them is to be stricter with the dress code for the dining area. Although there were notices on the doors saying no swimwearr in the restaurant many people ignored it and went in anyway. It seemed more of a canteen than a restaurant when that happened. There are two swimming pools and a childrens pool all very good. All in all I think it was very good value for money
