We had a wonderful family holiday! It’s important to remember that this is a budget hotel, and with that in mind, it truly exceeded our expectations. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The pool was fantastic—family-friendly and perfect for us. Even though we had access to nearby hotel pools, we didn’t feel the need to use them because we loved the one here so much. The food was delicious. With a picky 13-year-old in tow, we were pleased to find that menu adjustments were happily accommodated. The staff even offered a separate curry for my son-in-law, who has a nut allergy—such thoughtful service! The rooms were basic but clean. We asked for extra pillows and an additional fan (since the air conditioning was only in the main bedroom), and both requests were met without any fuss. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was ideal—close to shops, bars, the beach, and local activities. It was a relaxing and memorable holiday for all of us.

I think Faliraki is a very nice place but Ido not recomended accomodation in this hotel after my experience. Unpleasant and arrogant receptionist can completely ruin yout vacation. I don't consider the cleanness to be sufficient. A food included is average, but drink is for extra money.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We were there for a week and they only once cleaned our room and changed towels. The bathroom was quite poor. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom. Food is the same everyday. Breakfast - small sausages with beans in tomato sauce. The service was horrible and unpleasant. Arriving at the hotel, we waited 20 minutes until the manager appeared. After the meal, the manager asks to remove the dishes from the table!!!!. He said there was a lack of workers. I do not recommend this resort

Very relaxed small family run hotel. Our two rooms were spotless, not much variety to choose from daily food wise but always fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the food, my partner not so much. Great spot, 10 mins walk to the beach, in quiet area but only five minutes walk to the start of bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed it.

Good location, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired, from 7 days only once changed towels without cleanliness, I found ants in the room and in bed. Breakfast was the same every day, with boiled eggs, small sausages, soy cheese and ham slices that you couldn't touch, you couldn't eat, and dinner was almost the same, every night, baked chicken with rice with vegetables, garnish, beans pods or sweet corn. I do not recommend this resort

Great place! The people who run this place are great! Very nice rooms! Nice big swimming pool, also good food, pool table and many more things to discover. Close to the beach and shops. Second time here!

The worst place I have ever been. Food is the same every day,based on the leftover. No drink at dinner at 36C. Desert cannot be commented. Staff was doing cleaning at 17.30 without gloves, serving food at 18.0 Dont book here.

The hotel is about 3-400m from the beach and around 150 to the main road in Faliraki. It has a nice pool, well maintained with sunbeds and umbrellas which are free. The room was average, with a nice balcony, but the bathroom was quite poor and in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom. That is why probably there were signs of mold on the corners. The style of the hotel is not consistent with a lot of colors all over the place. Breakfast buffet was good, mostly the same food daily, but with enough variety for everyone. It opened early so that was a plus. For the dinner buffet there was a nice variety and again the food was good! Staff was ok and helped with different questions. All in all it was a good experience, if we exclude the bathroom part of the room.
