Just incredible! Best family holiday we had. Food was stunning for an all inclusive and kids were more than happy work the mocktail list and ice cream and doughnuts readily available. Room was clean and tidy however next time we would need to book a superior room as the headspace on the top bunk bed was too low and our son had to be mindful not to hit his head. Have tried booking with JET2 for next year but it says 2026 not yet available so will keep checking. If you choose to stay at this resort you will not be disappointed :)

Myself, husband and 13 year old son stayed at Esperides Beach Resort in April 2025. Positives - the best food we've had at an all inclusive resort in Europe. Plentiful, very well seasoned and food replenished quickly. The carvery station at the evening meal is a nice touch too. - plenty of sun loungers available around the pool and on the beach. - beach towels are free, no deposit required. Towel cards are handed out at check in, which can then be collected next to the shop near the pool from 10am each day. - the safe in your room is free, which is operated with your room key. - the entertainment team are friendly without being intrusive. - lots of entertainment included even though the hotel was only open 5 days when we arrived and is low season, this included; daily aqua aerobics, billiards, darts, beach volleyball and evening outside performers. - no long queues at the bar and bar staff were always friendly. - the hotel is very clean and a lot of public areas have been modernised. Negatives - check-in was awful. It felt chaotic, although it wasn't busy. Nothing was explained and was made to feel like an inconvenience, which isn't a great first impression. - we couldn't upgrade our room. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival to check if I can upgrade to a sea view room, and was advised it was due to availability on arrival. When checking in I was advised to try back the next morning for a supervisor, I did this and was told to come back later, which I did, to finally be told there's no availability. I said that there was availability showing on their website but I was then told you have to have the room your tour operator booked - why not say this at the initial email enquiry or when checking in? - rooms. We had a superior garden view room. It was dated but clean, with housekeeping attending to the room each day of our stay and always providing fresh towels. For anyone who has thick hair like me, bring your hairdryer or let the warm air of Rhodes dry your hair as it's better than the one provided in the bathroom. - Swimming pool It was absolutely freezing, it took my breath away at one point and had to get out. I imagine this gets better during the warmer months but we had a good week in April at approx 23 degrees. - soft drinks Not a big deal for most but worth a mention. It isn't branded coke, such as coca cola or pepsi. Overall we would return as the positives far outweigh the negatives.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday here! Everything from the beach to the service exceeded our expectations. The beach and pool area were beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. Housekeeping worked perfectly – always fresh towels, clean sheets and beds, and such friendly staff. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and all included in the price. The dessert section was absolutely amazing! There was also a convenient kiosk at the hotel for snacks, and even a car rental service. Shopping centers were nearby, and buses stopped right in front of the hotel. There were several swimming pools, all with clean water, and a game room or arcade hall that was great for rainy moments. The gym had everything we needed and was kept very tidy. Whenever something needed fixing, it was taken care of immediately – a sign of truly professional service. A very special thank you goes to the staff for how they cared for our 3-year-old son, who has multiple serious food allergies. Communication with the hotel was always smooth and fast before the trip and when we arrived we met with the hotel manager who introduced us with the staff and made sure we had everything we needed. Instead of making us feel like a burden, the staff made it clear that looking after him was an honor. He always had safe food specially prepared for him, and he felt so included and important. That meant the world to us as parents – we finally felt like we could truly relax. Our children are still asking about the hotel staff because they liked them so much. There were also many services we didn’t get the chance to try this time – such as minigolf, childcare, discos, jet ski rentals, a donut ride, and parasailing. There was plenty of space everywhere, no unnecessary sunbed “reserving,” and the sea water was unbelievably clear and turquoise. Bring your snorkeling gear or buy one at the beach shop – we saw crabs and shells at the bottom! We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!

Just returned from a week at this hotel over the Easter holidays with my husband and 13 year old son. Excellent week for all of us. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in one of the older rooms but was still clean and spacious. Housekeeping came everyday and replaced all towels with fresh ones. All staff were lovely and helpful. The entertainment (Pink Wave ) team were brilliant. My son was a huge fan of all of them. They weren't pushy at all about taking part in the activities but we did them anyway and thoroughly enjoyed them. Evening entertainment was good and mixed. The only criticism I had about it was when an act played on the pool stage you couldn't really hear them if were sat inside the blue bar. Which I thought was a shame and unfair on the act. Bus to Rhodes Town (bus stops right outside hotel), was only couple of euros and depending on how busy took average of 25mins. This is worth a visit, very picturesque. However 15mins the other way to Faliraki was completely different, run down and very much a dive, maybe in a couple of months might be completely different. Overall fully enjoyed our week and would definitely recommend to families.

Sorry rather long review but decided to do this while waiting for our flight. Our review is based upon two adults and a twelve year old staying in August during the UK school holiday. The Esperides Hotel offers a very clean and welcoming experience, with a few small areas that could be improved. Overall, it's a great option, especially for families which this hotel caters mainly for. But if your priority is a very relaxing, quiet holiday, you may want to consider other choices, especially during school holidays as this hotel does get quite noisy at times. Key Highlights. The Room: Our room in the 7000 block was a convenient, clean, very quiet and well-maintained base for our stay. While the decor was a bit dated, it was perfectly suitable for us. We were impressed with the air conditioning, which worked perfectly with no fuss, and the complimentary refreshments (beers, water , sandwiches, orange pop) on arrival were a nice touch. The room also came equipped with a fridge, hair dryer, free safe, and a kettle. The downsides were that there were only two socket outlets in the entire room and the shower attachment on the wall was about 2 foot off the floor which meant having to hold the showerhead while trying to avoid causing a flood!! Checkout is 11am but you can hire a shower room for later in the day if you have a late checkout. This was ideal for us as it contained two showers and a big changing area. The Food: The dining options were generally excellent, probably the best food I've had in a long time while on holiday. The best restaurant without doubt was the lower level food hall / dining area. It was clear that it had recently been refurbished, was immaculate, and offered a fantastic variety of delicious, freshly prepared food each night, very tasty to say the least. Definitely one reason to want to stay longer, I will certainly miss the food. This restaurant was also surprisingly very quiet, which made for a more relaxing dining experience. The other main restaurant adjacent to reception provided more of your standard options and appeared generally busier best suited for larger families possibly. While the cooked breakfast could be improved with better sausages, the food at the Tutti-Frutti snack bar was great, and the addition of cotton candy and popcorn for kids was a definite bonus. Staff and Amenities: The staff are a major asset to this hotel. They are all friendly, welcoming, and work incredibly hard. The hotel grounds are kept spotless, which is a huge accomplishment considering the state some people leave the place in!! We also appreciated the two well-stocked shops on-site for any last-minute needs. Points for Improvement Pools and Loungers: This was the main downside for us. There are only two main pools and one smaller kids pool are which simply aren't enough for the number of guests. Most of the time the pool is crowded both in and around the pool side meaning a less-than-relaxing atmosphere as beds are on top of
