Kouros Exclusive Hotel & Suites - Adults Only

We were at this hotel to attend the Boutique Soul Festival. The room was lovely with our own pool. The breakfast was great with lots of different options to cater for everyone. The staff were very good and worked very hard! Just a little pricey on drinks and sometimes we couldn't even taste if there was any alcohol in it!

I had a great time at Kouros in May 2025. I went there with my best friend. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and our private pool (all be it a little cold). The food and staff were excellent. I enjoyed 2 nice 90 minute massages by Yiannis. He was skillfull, helpfull en very friendly. And as a massage therapist myself, i can know! I would absolutely recommend Kouros!

An amazing getaway with absolutely lovely and friendly staff. We received a free upgrade upon arrival and the service was fantastic throughout. A big thank you to George on reception! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the swim up pools are heavenly. We hope to return very soon

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a very peaceful hotel where we could just relax in the sun and chill - and it delivered ! Beautiful grounds with luxury sun beds and lovely rooms cleaned daily. Great choice for breakfast. We chose to eat out some nights and would recommend Victoria Restaurant on the nearby beach front and Oinos Restaurant 10 mins walk towards Faliraki.

This hotel is nice, but incredibly expensive and the service isn’t great. I paid a lot of money for a room with a private pool (706), but it didn’t get a lot of sun and the pool was always cold as a result so we spent most of our time at the main pool. The staff there were really nice, but again, for the money you spend to stay in a place like this, I’d expect better service. If we ever wanted a drink, we had to get up and go to the bar. There was no one coming around and checking if anyone needed anything, which I think is necessary if you’re branding yourself as a premium hotel. There was also barely ever anyone at reception if you needed help. We often had to chase staff down after waiting around at reception for a while. Taxis into town are 10 euros. The hotel seems to have golf buggy’s and which I think could be utilised to drop guests into town. Again, you’re paying a premium to stay at this hotel, that feels like something that could easily be accommodated to make it feel more premium. The room was a little run down. The shower head was loose, and held in place with a bottle cap?? The overhead shower didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable and housekeeping came every day. On our last day a horrible sewage smell appeared in our room. We informed reception when we went out and they just went in and sprayed air freshener. We came back and the smell was obviously still there so we had to call them back for another solution. I’m not sure what they did but it did appear to fix it. We had a nice stay, but it isn’t value for money and I probably wouldn’t come back. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the pool bar food is decent too.

Let me start by saying that paying top dollar for a private pool was a massive disappointment. Room 104 pool does not get sunshine, and the water was cold throughout our stay. Reception said we had the best room ! Bed and pillows- Very Comfy Aircon- Good but leaked water and was fixed Shower- See through and no privacy in toilet too. Main pool 10/10 Pool staff 10/10- Tattoo guy was very friendly & helpful so 5 stars Plenty of sunbeds and are very comfy Note that no solo travellers spotted Bfast- Same every day- 7/10 Asked for ketchup and was asked to pay a Euro Faliraki bar street is 20 mins walk No gym at the hotel. GK fitness is 30-35 minute walk- Euro 10 per day or Euro 35 per week Good few places beside the coast and back of the hotel. Short walk only ! E scooters - Download HOPP app and from hotel to Faliraki town costs Euro2.50 Overall our trip was ruined by private pool with no sunshine and cold water but main pool area is a beautiful setup. If you are booking this place, please consider the above !
