I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Everything is disgustingly dirty – it’s not just one or two things, but absolutely everything. There were hairs on the blankets and even in the bed. The sunbeds are terrible, so old and filthy that they’ve turned yellow. The whole place feels run-down and poorly maintained. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Nice quiet small hotel. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers available and towels for by the pool and for the shower. Rooms cleaned every day by a lovely hard working cleaner. Plenty of places to eat and get a coffee close by. Even a very good Sushi bar just up the road. Nearby beach full of sunbeds, close enough just to walk t and swim in the bay.

Nice small (20 rooms) family run hotel. Well kept and the owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice clean pool and well maintained gardens. no food or drink available but supermarket, cafe and bars are at the top of the lane

We only stayed one night after arriving late from the Airport checking into another hotel afterwards however the owner could not have been more friendly / helpful. Basic rooms but very big, comfortable bed / pillows and perfect for getting in late with a small baby there was a cot ready with all amenities. Pool area looked lovely, extremely quiet considering the location it's in with a supermarket and bars / restaurants next door. Would highly recommend for a trip on the customer service alone - this hotel goes above and beyond!

A quiet haven amidst all the busyness of the area. Approximately 20 studio rooms over two floors overlooking the really lovely pool area. Stavva and his wife and family are very friendly and made my wife and myself feel at home. We are out mostly but the rooms have enough equipment to cook meals. Great for families as the rooms have a large double and two single beds. Close to the beach but the beach is dominated by a few all inclusive hotels. Best to hire a car and visit the many beaches on offer on Rhodes. Restaurants within walking distance of 5 mins but better choices if you have a car or take a taxi to Koskinou which is a lovely village close by with great food on offer also has an historic old town are. Had a great time and enjoyed the Greek welcome everywhere.

What a lovely surprise! This hotel far exceeded expectations. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and very clean, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The pool area is a little oasis, immaculate, peaceful and very pretty. The family who own the hotel are absolutely lovely and the staff very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, they could not have been more helpful. We loved our time here! There isn't a lot to see in Kallithea, but with bus stops two minutes away, it is a great location for jumping onto a bus and heading out to see all the tourist highlights. Highly recommended! 😀

A very pleasant stay at this small family owned hotel. Great service and extremely friendly owners and staff.
Great pool area with a lot of available sun beds.
Good location with restaurants and Supermarkets at the street 150 meters from the hotel. Perfect located with bus station 150 meters from the hotel. 15 minutes with bus to Rhodes Town and 10 minutes with Taxi.
