I stayed here for a week in October with my partner as a last little sunny getaway before our baby is born. Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff, lovely location and gorgeous weather. Just a few niggles first - Mainly the food signage in the restaurant. May be an issue if you have allergies or fussy like us. We generally eat most things, except my partner doesn't eat pork or cheese and myself fish. There was signs at the entrance stating what each pictured image meant in regards to allergens, however these images then were not anywhere else or by the food. The foods weren't labelled half the time and when they were, not always accurate. And when you ask the staff what things are they are a little dismissive. Also we were in a room with a lift opposite (pointless lift as the floor above was also on a ground floor like ours, due to the hill) and due to the winds at night I was woken up in the night multiple times due to the banging of the doors. We did call reception at midnight in hoping they could help and they just put a napkin in the door, which did the trick, so we just kept replacing this throughout the week. Also, you need €10 cash deposit per pool towel you would like! We don't tend to carry cash this day in age and think this is a very out-dated concept... especially when there's no ATM nearby (there was one in sister hotel 5 minutes up the big hill, but this was out-of-order most of the week). Oh, and 2 of the A La Carte restaurants are set menus, so a little tricky if you don't like cheese or fish. Shame there's not just even 2 items per course to chose from (could've done through normal and veg menu, but they didn't like doing that at all)! Otherwise... No more niggles! Just thought I'd mention these, especially the food one as this is quite a big deal and needs to be looked at before someone has an allergic reaction. OTHERWISE... and the reason I put 5*s... Is because the pool was relaxing with a strict no reserving sun-beds rule people abided to, and the poolside snack bar was wonderful! Fresh Greek Gyros' every day and other bits.. and the freshly made Crepes here at 4pm everyday!! Constantina at the bar by the pool was lovely and did not stop working and going above and beyond for everyone... including making my partner millions of Strawberry Mojitos! The main bar of the evening was a pleasure thanks to the best bar man (that I am SO ashamed I cannot remember his name!!!) He made sure to come up with new and lovely Mocktails for me every evening going above and beyond with us every night and was actually quite emotional saying goodbye! There was 3 pool tables (and other games) here and we loved these! Shame you had to pay for them, but we loved having a few games every evening! The bus stop to go into Rhodes Old Town was just a 5 minute walk up the hill on the main road. Very big comfortable buses, however not often enough for the demand. Most buses didn't stop due to being too full and they were only every half hour, meaning

What can I say ? Best by far of any all inclusive I have been going to in the last 10 years. Food tasty, fresh, and plenty of variety. Place actually beautiful, the sea view with the boat and ships in the distance, along with the beautiful pools and buildings was indeed breathtaking. Staff fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them. Big shout out to Manos, Pedro, and George at the main bar and pool. They genuinely engaged with the customers and made everyone feel special. The lady’s working in the sea pool area also fantastic. The snack bar staff ran the area brilliantly, food stocked all the time, tables cleaned quickly. The snack bar food was better than most main restaurants I have eaten in on previous all inclusive. There is free strong WiFi, free safe, and fridge stocked everyday with water. Night time entertainment, was a cut above the rest. The violin lady and female singer were absolutely fantastic. They had something for everyone on everyday.

Myself and my wife arrived late on the 22nd Oct for two weeks. We checked in and more or less went straight to bed. Next morning we went to breakfast. Looking round the dining room we were very impressed. The hotel in general was quite modern and very clean. Breakfast was nice and plenty of variety. The bacon however while not bad is never the same quality as the bacon we get back home here in Ireland. Once organised we spent the first day around the pool, of which there are two. We were at the top pool which is fresh water. The lower pool is salt water and any days we didn't go out we spent our time here. We went late to the pool on a couple of occasions to find that while there were free sunbeds some of the more selfish guests had taken mattresses off the spare beds which left the spare beds unusable. Pool water temperature at this time wasn't too bad. After the initial shock getting in it was quite pleasant. Maybe several notices placed strategically round the pool informing the more selfish guests not to take two mattresses off vacant beds might be a good idea. The hotels best asset is undoubtedly the staff. From the serving staff to the cleaning staff to the bar staff to the reception staff and the grounds people all offered greetings will a smile. Special mention to two restaurant servers. Unfortunately I didn't get their names. One is a tall lady with glasses who worked to the left as you enter the dining room and the other was a young lady who greeted at the door and showed us to a free table. She wore her hair in a pony tail and wore a pale coloured uniform. Our room was always nice and clean and fresh supplies of towels. We paid for a superior room with sea view (137) and while we got the sea view I didn't see it as superior. Plain tiles on the floors and quite plain tiles on the bathroom walls. We had a jacuzzi bath in the room which we only used to shower. We never used the jacuzzi function. The glass panel let quite a lot of water onto the floor during a shower. We combated this by wedging a packet of facial wipes between the sink and the glass panel. The side of the bath is a bit higher than most standard baths so much so that it could be restrictive to anyone who has movement restrictions. I personally would have preferred a walk in shower. No by and large I didn't see much superior about the room. We thought it was pretty standard. I suppose I hold the Princess Hotels in Spain as the standard to judge by. We will be going to the Maspalomas Princess in January 2025. We've been before and we are very impressed. The hotel is on a slope which is quite steep in places. I imagine it may well be a challenge to someone who has mobility problems. Hotel overall I would give 3, or possibly a low 4 star. Cleanliness 5 stars. Staff 5 plus stars Food first week 4 stars, second week 3 stars. What we didn't know was the hotel was closing for 3 months on the Saturday after we left and there were no new guests arriving that week. We got the

Resort is clean and staff very friendly . Rooms are spacious we had 412 Seaview room and our friends had 414 - next to snack bar. There was a lot of bottle noise and staff chatting every morning between 7&8am. Pools were freezing but weather was great . Entertainment - acrobat act and violinist were excellent , the rest was pretty good compared to other holidays I've been on . Beach is very difficult to get to and very stoney . This IS NOT a resort for people with mobility issues. There are not lifts on the lower levels and the slopes are really steep. So steep we could not use a wheelchair . Not so bad on higher levels as there are lifts but you have to go down to the bottom for salt water pool and snack bar . I know it says built on side of hill but several people we met had trouble with the steepness to lower levels. We had a lovely holiday , food was good especially a la cartes for which we had no trouble booking for 4 , in fact we went to one twice . Buffet had a nice selection but nothing exceptional. Was always welcoming and very clean . I would not return due to poor beach, rooms are always in shade, and accessibility within the resort but it is a lovely relaxing place with plentiful quality sunbeds and lots of shade as well as sun .

Just back from the most amazing trip for our honeymoon. My wife and I both found the hotel to be exceptional- the rooms were clean and had a lovely jacuzzi bath! The pool facilities were brilliant, lots of beds and great views. We enjoyed the private beach area which also had access to beds every time we went ! The entertainment was also very good each night- particularly the violin night and guitar night. We both found the food to be great at the all inclusive buffet, lots of choice for both of us! The drinks were great. All staff throughout the hotel were helpful and amazing. We had massages in the spa- the best time with the loveliest staff. We rented a car from Rodos car hire which was located in the lobby of the hotel which was also so helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples looking to relax.
