Stayed for a week as a couple. Overall wasn't bad: rooms OK, bathroom OK, fast check-in, nice pool, good location: silent but in walking distance to shops, party, restaurants etc. I'd would even say it was okay for the money - except THREE POINTS - do yourself a favor and book WITHOUT BREAKFAST if you can. Or at least don't opt for here if you want a room with breakfast. You'd anyways double-spend after the first day. I've honestly never or rarely seen such a poor breakfast in a hotel or accommodation. Even cheap hostels in India or Cambodia doing better! - Standard-Rooms have an AC too but will only work for an extra of 7€ per day. Not per 24h use, just per calendar day! Of course, no fans in the room so that the chances higher for AC bookings. I don't complain extra charge for AC, but should count operational hours, not time hours. And, rooms should be equipped with fans as a standard - I never trust in places, so I don't leave valuables in the room. So, I don't care - 1 but wanted to mention that the rooms have no lockers! ❗️There are lockers close to the reception and it comes with a extra charge of 10€ per week or 15€ for two weeks. Never seen this before. The best might have been the restaurant/taverna next to the hotel. Very very good!

Sent to this hotel as booking agent via Love Holidays went bust. As a large group this was only option. Initially shown to filthy dirty rooms then redirected to other Deluxe Rooms. Rooms were modern and air conditioning was good. TV didn’t work, shower drain blocked but told “ no workmen available “ No kettle in room. No lights in the garden at night and paths were uneven and had many hazards. Abandoned shopping trolleys decorated gardens. Pool grout was black. Impossible to get taxis from this location. iBreakfast was basic first 2 days, served at poolside tables then as hotel became busier it became a buffet. This was a kettle, tea bags and a tin of coffee ( no water to fill kettle), flies in salt and sugar, dirty old cups for juice . No English spoken so no recourse. Rooms cleaned every 2 days only and this was often at night by one poor girl. Despite our 8 night booking owner tried to kick us out after 7, shouting at us and calling us names. Worst hotel experience, avoid!!!

Love Holidays moved us to this hotel a few days before we were due to fly out. We were a party of 10 ladies (5 rooms) We arrived at midnight, the hotel was in darkness but the owners son (very friendly) was waiting for us by the poolside. We were shown to our rooms but 4 rooms hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. We were asked to wait at the pool and finally got into our rooms at 2am. The grounds are overgrown with no lighting, it’s pitch dark and we had to use our phone torches to get to our rooms each night. Showers didn’t have any pressure in any of the “deluxe” rooms and water was cold/tepid. Beds were good but pillows were like bricks. No regular cleaning and we were told to go and look for the maid for a 3rd towel change within what was supposed to be an 8 night stay, I’ll get to that bit soon. Anyway the maid said the washing machine was broken so we didn’t get our towels. Breakfast was a disaster, little black flies inside the salt shaker, we went out for breakfast after day 1. The owners family were nice but the owner was rude and unprofessional. We’d booked an 8 night stay through Love Holidays and had our confirmation but the hotel owner said that Love Holidays had only paid him for 7 nights and we had to leave, we didn’t! This incensed the owner and he was shouting at us, me in particular, in front of the other guests. Very rude, aggressive owner and should definitely not be in the hotel industry. Time for him to retire and leave the running of this hotel to his children.

I’ve visited faliraki many times and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Not our choice of hotel, let down by love holidays my group of 10 ladies were forced to move to this hotel 8 days before we travelled! Reviews were poor but we went with hope! We arrived at 11pm to rooms not ready, a misunderstand soon put right but it just went downhill from there. We were in the delux rooms, which were missing essentials like hangers and glasses! There was no hot water for the duration of our stay! The breakfast was awful, flies in the salt on day 2 meant we never ate there again! The owner is downright rude and unhelpful, he wouldn’t even help us organise taxis on an evening out! Lack of staff in the hotel meant rooms cleaned at 7pm and only every 2nd day. We only got 1 change of towels and bedding during our stay, we were told there was a laundry problem! The final straw was on the last day, where we had paid for an extra day (8 nights) to keep our rooms as we had a late night flight. Owner wanted to put us out at 12, he refused to acknowledge our confirmation of the booking and shouted at us in front of other guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s very basic, unclean and the owner is rude and not in the least hospitable!

The toilet did not work at all. The shower did not work properly. The bed was rock hard. The aircondition cost 7 euros for each day even tho it says included om the booking website. The pictures online were only of the expensive rooms so you have no idea what you are getting until you are there. The rooms were really bad quality and the breakfast was not good either. The only good thing about the place is the staff that was really friendly.

Worst hotel I've stayed in the past 10 years! It had a beautiful garden, which turned out to be a plague, because the mosquitos 🦟 where thriving in it,making it impossible to sleep with the door or windows opened, wich incredibly, didn't had any mosquito nets. So now we were stuck inside the room with the mouldy smell from the old furniture and air conditioning(which we almost never use otherwise) which we have to pay extra 7 euros per day. The breakfast was simply dreadful: the cheapest products you will find to buy,the same every single day(since ...forever accordingto other reviews),eggs boiled the day before and the worst, the hot water was in a kettle that had its inner paint blended with the hot water, simply undrinkable. The coffe was awful. The vegetables and fruits were from the fridge. The pool was dirty and the water smelled. The personnel was unfriendly and unprofessional. But the worst nightmare of any traveler, the beds matrices were of the worst quality, the bed frame old and squeaky and the pillows seemed they had lumps of stones in them. We had to take two more days of holiday in order to get some rest to start our work, because we returned from this holiday very tired. Except from the decent location, this hotel.is a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies. Stay away

I stayed at Hotel Muses with one of my friends for a week in July. It is a really good location, very quiet and has a nice pool but we did have some issues whilst staying here which would put us off staying here again. On our second morning here we were woken by a bang in our room and it was filled with smoke. After going to reception to explain we weren’t showed any sympathy or get any apology apart from other guests who walked past and saw. I think the fuse had blown or something but we don’t know how long we were breathing in the smoke and it left all of our belongings smelling of smoke for the remainder of our holiday. When we initially asked to move rooms we were told no and that it would be fixed but neither of us wanted to go back in the room as we didn’t know how dangerous the smoke was. I said we couldn’t go back in and he said just leave the doors open but this would mean anyone could walk in and take our belongings. He then walked away whilst mid conversation so we just packed up our stuff and only whilst walking to reception with our case were we offered the room next door. Once we were put in this room, still with no apology or concern from the staff we found there was an ants nest in the shower. We felt uncomfortable talking to staff as it appeared they were more annoyed with us than anything, as if we had caused them problems. When it came to the end of our stay we were charged an additional €70 just for the use of aircon which wasn’t told to us at all, and seems a bit ridiculous for a basic need when in a hot country. I would also add that wifi is advertised but you only get that when sat at the bar, and also breakfast is only served until 9:30. It was a shame that our stay wasn’t as nice as it could’ve been but even if we had just got a bit better customer service with our issue it would’ve been better.

It was a really bad experience... dirty rooms, air conditioner leaking water inside, ants everywhere, inedible breakfast in a dingy room. We left after two nights, we should have stayed for 10 days, but we would have ruined our holidays! Among other things, we didn't come across any other customers, it looked like a ghost house!

Very dated, unprofessional (hotel) accommodation. You can't call it a hotel. Breakfast very poor, nothing is cooled, no coffee maker but a kettle with limescale on all sides and a jar of Nescafe next to it. First check whether the dishes are clean. The same every day, check the tomatoes and cucumber first, they were really not fresh, even spoiled once. The room simple mattresses were planks so hard. The balcony view was a bush so there were a lot of mosquitoes. Really couldn't do without air conditioning, so we spent an extra 7 euros every day, not at this time, we thought that was included, which is normal. In our view, the owner is an exploiter, he is not active and really does nothing for his guests. Nothing is done about the garden and the swimming pool stinks and is just green. NO NEVER AGAIN FOR US AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!
