The staff was very friendly and service minded. The whole place is very comfortable and our room had a great view. Morning coffee in the room was wonderful and breakfast downstairs was delicius. We will definitely return!

What a beautiful stay at Chartfield Guesthouse. We have been here for the second time and we will come back. Very nice room and quiet location. But the best are the so friendly and helpful people in the guesthouse. We felt ourself very welcome.

Very convenient to the Train Station, shops and restaurants. The breakfast served at the establishment is wonderful. Not convenient for anyone with challenges such as climbing stairs etc. No parking at establishment, so you park at the street. there is always someone to assist with helping with luggage. The establishment caters more for overseas visitors.

What beautiful views from this suite - a wonderfully furnished, home from home suite of serviced rooms where you get the best of both worlds; self-catering, well equipped kitchen, dining room & lovely clean bathrooms. Situated in the middle of Kalk Bay, all the local amenities are walkable and the sea is audible from your bed. Lovely.

We stayed at Chartfield Guesthouse for 7 days over our wedding period. the location, facilities, staff, service and breakfasts were absolutely top notch, they were very accommodating to our needs and were so friendly and polite. we would go back there in heartbeat! Thank you Chartfield team for everything!

The location and the view of the guesthouse were perfect. We had a deluxe room and the loft, everything was perfect. Florian and his team are great hosts and take care of all our wishes. We felt very safe in Kalk Bay, even when it was already dark. We would go back anytime!
