Room was slightly small but it's located conveniently at central Kalix. Checking in and out was smooth. Staff was friendly.
It's a heritage hotel which existence is more than 50 years. There's a stuff bear on the staircase near the lobby which is good for a candid photography.
Breakfast was typical Swedish and it was by good.

We have stayed here before and will always choose the Valhall when we transit through Kalix. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good WIFI and a good breakfast. We never have any issues staying here and enjoy the walks around Kalix during summer or winter.

Ingen vänligt service vid frukost buffet. Behövte fråga om allt. Inget te vatten. Senare hämptade en person i matsalen 2 koppar het vatten. Absolut inte intresserad att komma igen. Inte att rekommandera

Väldigt tillmötesgående personal, trevliga och hjälpsamma.
Rummet var av högsta kvalitet och toa / dusch med.
Sällskaps rum i foaljen hade bekväma soffor.
Hotell frukost ger jag 5 stjärnor perfekt utbud.
Restaurangen i hotellet serverade husmanskost även vid 20 tiden, som var perfekt.
Tack till Valhall, jag äterkommer gärna

Hotellet var slitet, pågående ombyggnation i entrén, inga tillgängliga toaletter i entréplanet - toalett i källaren. Misstänkt svartmögel i duschen. Fick inget tillgänglighetsanpassat rum - vårt rum låg dessutom längst ifrån hissen.
