Please change the door room coz there some crack on door room number 509. People can sneek into the room. Repair the hot water circulation coz both room 509 and 510 we dont get any hot water in the shower.

The hotel is nicely located close to the Ketapang harbor. So, it is very practical as a transit hotel. Room was okay, a bit on the small side. The bathroom is not well cleaned, and shower is located awkwardly and makes the closet wet every time showering. I was expecting a bit more for the price paid.
